And in the same City, Justine Damond, a white woman gunned down in cold blood by jihadi Mohammad Noor .Noor was found guilty of 2nd degree murder .A rare occurrence anywhere in the western world, but as he is a Jihadi, the taking of life is OK, because Allah sees all and Koran 9:29 tells all jihadi that the non believer must be killed where ever they are found. He thought he was going to get away with the killing because he was police, But Justine's family ,in Australia, could see their daughter wasn't going to get true justice and told the Minneapolis Police that they were suing the police for $30,000,000 for obstruction by refusing to interview Noor. Within days the police suddenly moved and threw Noor under the bus. All police need to understand one thing... the law is not theirs to interpret and human life is too precious for these ongoing extrajudicial executions to keep happening. After all look at the negative press the phillipines president is getting but nothing is said about the US,UK and Australian police acting in the same manner.

I've been pulled over alot in my life and the one thing I found is that working with the cop to insure that the situation doesn't escalate results in us both going home to "make a sandwich." Even if you know the S.O.B is wrong for why he pulled you over. It's not bowing down. It's really not even complying. Its working together. Go home. Go home so you can watch ESPN, unbutton you fly after you've eaten too much fast food, taken a dump, whatever. Go home so you and your woman can do the hootchey-goo. Work with the man. I'm white and that's what I do. And I tell the cop I have my CCW and I keep both my hand either on the steering wheel or resting on the actual door so the cop can see my empty hands. I don't reach for my license until he asks me to get it, then I tell him where it is and wait for him to tell me to go ahead and get it. I tell him I am armed and then I do whatever he asks. I've had cops say "If you don't show me yours, I won't show you mine" and leave it at that and I've had officers ask me to get out of the car where I then kept my hands clear of my weapon, turned so my holster was close to him and told the officer to go ahead and remove the weapon from my holster if he preferred to have me disarmed. Once officer took me up on my offer and he held onto it while he ran my info. All of that happened and I was on my way with my gun and my ticket within 5 minutes at the most.

When your job requires you to participate in destroying lives for corporate power and money you're in no position to be good. They ruin more lives than they save. Try to defend yourself against a dirty cop to see which side the good cop takes. Try peacefully protesting for your rights against police brutality to see which side of the fight that good cop will be on. They're required to be road pirate thugs stealing money, cars, drugs, and lives. No such thing as a good cop.

SMH Also all to aware of how sometimes Black Women can aggravate a situation but this woman was really just defending her Man & what is right. She wasn't far off but she was just a tad under crossing the "talk to much" line. Unless this has happened to you you have no idea how you'll react, all the things that run through your mind in a short space of time especially when they ask you to step out of the car. Its easy to say 'whatever popo tells you to do you do it" but lot of people have done just that and still wound up murdered.

You see how afraid black ppl are to get out the car these days when an officer ask. This police treatment has been happening since the 60s but it's being heavily publicized to make news interesting and watchable. Now blacks are so afraid because they both know he steps out that car his possibility of getting shot just rose, especially with someone acting like that. No reason for him to get out the car for a taillight nor was there any indication anyone's safety was in jeopardy; he just wanted to embarrass this man and dehumanize him.

@bcgunner587 жыл бұрын
Joey Jones. Texas does have the castle law and you can carry the weapon in the car but that is not open carry in order to open carry or carry concealed in Texas you must have a chl.

As a retired Chicago Police officer I got so fed up with people trying to quote the law to me who had absolutely no clue about what they were talking about. All he had to do was comply with the officer's requests and they most likely would have been on their way. That child in the car should have been on their minds, not trying to prove a point. Totally unnecessary .

*THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET HIM KNOW ABOUT HIS CONCEALED CARRY LICENSE.* *You give as little information as possible - after all, you do have the RIGHT to silence.* *Cop asked for driver's license? Just give him that alone - and that's it.* *Oh - and DON'T travel with a woman if you can - lol.*

exactly. i been pulled over before, i legally own guns and have one in my car. it is better that they just find the damned thing and you explain yourself or you tell them when they ask. Don't start out saying you are packing heat and straight away want to fight, fuss and argue. ANY cop in the world will take that as a threat.

I'm sure there is some concern if you don't tell the cop about the concealed carry they will happen upon it and get violent, assuming it's illegal.

You are absolutely right. We need to comply, it does not mean it will guaranteed your safety but it is better to do so than not comply.

You have a great show and good advice. When stopped by police and carrying a gun keep your hands on the wheel tell them where the gun is. Comply with the officers demands. Stay polite. This couple was so lucky.

Compliance does not stop them from doing what they are planning to! And if their plan is to murder you,they want it to look like they had no choice. Some of them want you out of the car so they have easier access physically to you! In or out of the vehicle, you're in trouble!

In Texas if you have a CHL and have a weapon on you, you are required by law to get out of the vehicle if the office requests it. So how was his rights violated? This video was great advice for you guys on how to safely deal with officers. A little respect and decorum goes a long way.

Man we have to stop trying to protect every situation like this. In This particular situation this couple was wrong. Like he said the lady just made the shit way worse. And they think they know there right but they really don't. If you have a concealed weapon the officer will ask to see your weapon for both of your safety. I'm glad I dont got women in life like her cause she was annoying af.

This stop occured in Texas. Texas law permits a peace officer to disarm a person even if they have a carry license. Here is the law Texas Government Code 411.207 (a) A peace officer who is acting in the lawful discharge of the officer's official duties may disarm a license holder at any time the officer reasonably believes it is necessary for the protection of the license holder, officer, or another individual. The peace officer shall return the handgun to the license holder before discharging the license holder from the scene if the officer determines that the license holder is not a threat to the officer, license holder, or another individual and if the license holder has not violated any provision of this subchapter or committed any other violation that results in the arrest of the license holder.
@craftsandstuff33496 жыл бұрын
Well, when would the officer not consider themselves to be safer if he/she disarmed the owner?

I have to say, that cop didn't need ask the man to step out of the vehicle. The police and CCW/CHL instructors I know say a police officer that knows what they are doing might ask you where it is located but nothing more. Also, how dare the other cop pull the woman out of the car. She isn't detained since she isn't the driver. There is no excuse for him doing that.

if you are a CW holder and you have a weapon on you, you DO NOT have to let an officer know u have a weapon during a traffic stop unless the weapon is located where a officer can easily be seen.

When a firearm of any kind is involved in any way, it's best to comply happily with whatever the officer asks you to do. Arguing and then raising a tinted window, especially at night, is NOT a good idea.

I got sicker and sicker as I watched this video. 1. The lady was right for filming but she should have shut up after the cop said, "I'm not talking to you". She needs to learn the Rules of Engagement With Police. 2. The man was wrong NOT to step out of the car. He was even more wrong to use the child as a shield and a reason to stay in the car. And just like every time when force is eventually used, she is ready to cry because she is being mistreated. These two people are so clueless, its almost as if they have never seen a video about police brutality against black people. Black people ... please, please ... learn the law.
@Talltrees847 жыл бұрын
Good advice. Rule of thumb is do everything the officer tells you to do but don't do more than what they tell you. Answer all their questions but don't go beyond what they ask.

I definitely am not a police apologist. I despise brothers and sisters were being shot down. But these two were dead wrong. The cop was not disrespectful. Just step out of the damn car and shut that loud mouth woman the hell up. With so many blacks being shot down this is a dumb time to try to make some frivolous point. I'm glad the cop was patient and not another Geronimo yanez.
@SuperFriday7 жыл бұрын
Here's the thing... He shouldn't have revealed that he had a firearm. There's no law saying you have to. That's just something the CC class teaches you to do out of respect for the officer. Forget that. Now that the officer knows you have a gun and haven't ran your info yet, they have to make sure you don't reach for that gun if it turns out you do have a warrant.
@tranquiliy067 жыл бұрын
Getting out for a vehicle violation has been the number method of immediate death for people of Color. This family was concern about the outcome of being submissive. This female action was no different then what any female from all nationality would do. Standing and supporting her man and/ or family. The officer did not need to take this course of action, at all.

I agree with you Phil thank you for explaining to people the correct way on how to interact with police, how to stay as safe as possible when doing it, and to argue wrong doings done by the police later in court, not during a traffic stop because that will only escalate the situation.

The woman made the situation worst. It's simple, the cop needs to know that he's safe. Just because someone has a CCW/CHL or what ever license, doesn't mean that they won't shoot. It's for the safety of everyone. So the cop will escort the gentleman out of his car, hold his firearm, and conduct an investigation and let them on their way.

As a Black fire armed instructor in Texas when , if you are stop , before the cop walk up to the car, you have to provide CHL or LTC License for him or her and location of firearms I been teaching for 5 years in Dallas TX. Soooooo I am going to say Driver was wrong need to know proper way how to handle it. I teach tactical shooting. Paramilitaries tactics
