One thing I find to be a shame about being human is our overall inability to communicate and interpret others genius at times. I think it's clear that what BC,NR has is someone special. The individual talent coming together, at least on record, so harmoniously and playing into one another to create something truly epic and beautiful. Yet the members struggle to articulate it all. Probably cause they're young, but mostly I think it's because they're human. It's the reason I suspect why it's often hard to see the genius in people, until they go and make something like this. Striving to be a better communicator and better receive others communication is a life long goal of mine.

Comparing this band to Slint because of one or two similarities is pure laziness.
@KommentarSpaltenKrieger3 жыл бұрын
It really is one influence submerged under many, many others.. but some parts of their songs are moments where this influence is fully manifest, but then the song changes and something very different happens. It is as if a remastered Slint track played in the background of something infinitely more chaotic, but you only hear it some seconds here and there, in small breaks. With one exception, which are the odd time signatures of the drum rhythms.
