Perhaps the nature reserve is invaded by people from outside and they leave trash everywhere. Or the stream carries trash dumped by villagers upstream.

Answer me this.... Even if Ann flew to Indonesia and removed every last piece of trash from that area, how exactly does that prevent the local community from continuing to use the river as a garbage dumping site? 🤨
