We absolutely NEED a guide for lightstones... especially for life skills. Edit: Apparently Garmoth shows everything but I'm just sayin Levi, I just started the game again a few weeks ago and I had no idea how artifacts/lightstones worked and I'm sure there's a lot of new players/returning players that are in the same position as I was. Maybe making a video on it would help those people out, thanks Levi.

best tip for cooking for cp i can say you missed is "cook guru submeals you will use in the future and stock up" thats what i do to avoid money sink all i cook is something i can use and cp moved up by itself even after 400

Hey man just want to say thank you. Brand new to this game and clicked through like 10 "beginner" guides and none of them are directed for actual beginner. They talk too fast, don't fully explain everything, and are just clickbait really directed to intermediate + from what I can tell. Like idk what nodes are why is half a video centered on it when I'm looking for cooking. Anyway, 7 min in and I can tell you produce quality and cater to your audience. Thank you again. I have my kitchen set up in Olvia and it works pretty nicely. I initially went there for alchemy and liked it enough to stick around after I switched to cooking. You need a few maids for it to work and someone in Calpheon to get you the fruit. Also I have a character permanently parked at the old moon guild carrack to barter my surplus vinegar and essence of L for old tree bark (if I'm lucky). This way you make no loss. You kind of break even with some of the saps but have a good profit with the bark. Frankly you also need a few maids for this to work. I have 8 for the market and 6 for storage and that covers most situations.

I'll be honest, a few years ago i didn really see the point of cooking as i didnt understand, but your videos made my start again recently and i am master 5, i feel its going to be hard to get to guru for the real high profit, but i can see it working even now getting high cooking mastery and selling at an increased rate, your videos are the best!

I played this game when it first came out for a few months, purchased mounts, outfits, all kinds of things then quit.. Ya know when they sent out the email to transfer your account or lose it forever? I ignored it thinking i wouldn't ever play this again anyway. I was not able to perform simple cooking on the quest "[Balenos] Food Comes First". It would just say "It is not working at all" over and over. Finally I realized my inventory was full when I grabbed the "Hard Potatoes" (so I didn't actually acquire them) and I was attempting it with normal potatoes instead. Cleared space in my inventory and got the hard potatoes and it worked. The other failure was how to make the raw lump of sugar (10 raw sugars and mineral water isn't working for me for some reason). This is so painful learning cooking compared to other games. I'll definitely have to re-watch this video once I actually get the hang of cooking in the game first

I like making milk tea. I don't like having to milk cows, but the exp gain once you hit master makes a huge difference. Relatively easy to make, always sells on the market, and good for imperial boxes. Just gotta be the type of person who's patient with gathering milk.

I tried things you have said in the video and the main problem for me is that each box has a weight of 50 LT. It's so heavy. I wish I could leave character packing boxes for an hour, not 3 minutes. I make 16 boxes and my character is overloaded. That's huge con to me. Nevertheless thank you for the guide. It was helpful indeed.

@@derektweed mostly the ones around Velia, Heidel, etc. In your map menu, there is an icon next to humidity, etc filters which shows resource availability, so that is definitely a thing!
