Not really. The artist released an EP in 1978, re-released it in 2004 or so but this track is a new one from 2006 because the re-release was successful and he decided to make music again.

Hey buddy! This part of the song have no meaning at all, that's just random sounds and the "I'm" is for the first question he made at the beginning, that part "Are you really you, am I really me?"
