We also paid Burrell and his team for years out of Houston Texas and got nada!!! We used to meet at the Mickey Leland facilities and they would sell us all dreams. We really thought they would help. Probably lost over $5K and doesn’t include all my family members who also filed. They are scammers.

Actually.. The FEDS needs to get those records ASAP!! It needs to be an internal investigation. People gave them personal information such as farm numbers, farm address , social security numbers , copies of farmers deeds to their land!! Those recruiters were using people personal information’s and was fraudulently receiving DFAP payments. FEDS come in and investigate them ALL!

It's a shame that I was denied agriculture assistance and loans 2 times. Then you have these non farming advocates that promise money and it doesn't show or if it does it takes years. WE NEED TO BE MINDFUL I am addressing this issue because I submitted my own application far before the deadline and received a denial letter stating I was denied because I filed after the deadline. This was not true. Therefore, the USDA is an agency I display deep distrust. The USDA has demonstrated discrimination against Black farmers since its formation, denying loans, subsidy payments, and other assistance. Question: Do we genuinely believe any Black farmers' organizations or independence advocacy groups can guarantee funds if the final approval must go through the USDA? Answer: No. Question: What organization formed the Black farmers' application in a problematic layout? Answer: USDA Question: Are we sure that all of the applicants who received letters stating that their applications were denied because they were actually submitted to the USDA late? Answer: No Question: Who will get the unspent funds if the Black farmers do not meet the deadline? Answer: USDA There should not be a deadline for funding Black farmers in a lawsuit. The USDA should stop accepting applications once the awarded lawsuit funds are gone.
