@@lordfrostdraken I know exactly what you are going through 🙏🏼💕 I’ve had a combined 30 back and neck surgeries on top of multiple other therapies in a 5 year span from 2012-2017. I’m only 34 years old. I was 215 lbs which is a lot for my height and small frame. It took awhile, but I am now down to 110 lbs. I went gluten free and did the Keto diet, which is still my current lifestyle four years later. When it comes to diets, don’t make drastic changes in your the foods that you eat. It will cause you to quit. I adopted small changes and still ate foods that I wanted to, even if it wasn’t part of the diet. The difference was that I reduced portions and basically “snacked” all day. 5-8 times per day every 2-3 hours kept my metabolism constantly going. I started to understand how “skinny people can eat whatever they want and not gain weight.” It wasn’t about the specific foods but rather constantly keeping the metabolism engaged. Losing weight did help some with my joints, but what was the turning point for my pain was doing **lower core strengthening.** I honestly couldn’t believe it was that simple. I used/did everything from multiple medications, pain creams, surgeries, Cryomax 8-hour ice packs, back braces, memory foam pillows and mattress, and having to use a mobility scooter at least 50% of the time, even for simple trips to the grocery store. The first month of lower core training was HELL!! But a short time after that, I woke one day and saw a dramatic difference in the pain. For the first time in years, I was able to walk in longer spans. I even found myself able to walk the Las Vegas strip for several miles after a week-long billiards tournament. Please don’t give up. It may take months or years, but as long as you keep trying, things will get a little easier day by day. Again, you are not a failure despite what society says. You are a survivor and a warrior. ****DON’T EVER GIVE UP!! PROVE THEM ALL WRONG!!****
