It doesn't work for me. I have many different settings.json displayed: Default, Workspace, User, Folder

Its Still working for me, checkout if you have any settings.json in working directory cause it will override the user settings.json here is code snippet's. "[python]": { "editor.defaultFormatter": "ms-python.black-formatter", "editor.formatOnType": true, }
