Hi , I missed your live unfortunately so thought I’d ask a question here. Which tv would you recommend , Samsung 65du7172 or tcl p755 I don’t know much about tcl and worried if tcl breaks or has problems have no clue where it would need to be serviced , even my local tv shop guy told me he doesn’t know where tcl service centers are in my country in europe . Ty for your content btw . Keep up the good work .

Hi! Both are similar in terms of picture and sound quality, TCL has 120 Hz mode for 1080p (and probably 1440p as well) so it has advantage if that is important to you. In terms of reliability, I think all brands are similar these days, but if you do not have a TCL service center in your country, perhaps it would be safer to go with Samsung. Also take a look at Samsung's 2023 models, perhaps you could get a 65" Q60C which is brighter and has Quantum dot (better colors in HDR).

My wife and i are in our 70s so our hearing is obviously diminished. We have an LG smart i could never het the sound settings to give us a sound quality so we can here clear speech. nomatter how i tried. i then brought a Bose tv speaker with clear speech and that is no better. :-) no i am not deaf but when we watch plder tv programes the sound is perfect. any advice please. so can you recommend a better sound system so as we don't use sub titles. Am sorry i cant recall the model number.
