Omg finally a good demonia review that really gives me the details about the demonia 225 damned boots. Thank you SO much! Do they still look good after wearing them a few times? I'm thinking about ordering them but I'm a little scared because of the bad experiences other people had with demonia..

Aww, thank you :3 They're holding up pretty well! Although I've used the Shakers more than the Damned. They're getting the natural deformities from walking and breaking into them, but all boots get that over time. You probably heard a lot about the soles not lasting too long, it's one of the biggest rumours I hear about Demonia, but up until now the soles are doing just fine. I think it's always a bit of a gamble when buying Demonia shoes... I was kinda afraid as well, but for now I'm satisfied with my purchase :)

Hey not sure if you'll see this, but how have they held up ? I'm scared of all those bad reviews I see of people having their sole separate from the shoe and wondering if I should straight up put screws in them when I receive them :/

Same here, mine are still in good shape too :) The Shakers 52 are more worn out, the vinyl-plastic exterior has started peeling and coming off :( But the Damned 225 are staying strong! No problem with the soles on my part :D

Thank you 🙂 I was super impressed with the shakers, honestly! They're much more comfortable than they look and easy to walk in. I wasn't too used to platforms either, so I think the Shakers are pretty much beginner friendly 😊

Hi! I'm literally super close to buying these tomorrow and I wanted to know if they get uncomfortable with the slight heel? I've never really walked in heels because I don't like how my foot has to be arched, the heel here doesn't look too tall. Is your foot super arched in the shoe and also are they true to size or would you recommend foot higher or lower? (I'm from USA btw).

You're talking about the Shakers 52 right? I find them to be surprisingly comfortable for the slight heel that they have. And notice I'm not used to walk on high heels so I think I'd notice if the heel was too much for those who are not used to them. The platforms are tall but not that arched. And I'd say Demonia shoes on general run big so go for a size below. But check if the website you're going to buy from has measurements of the insole, that's super helpful 🙂

Yes, very much :D I haven't used them as intensively as I did with the creepers 113 (which only lasted me a year and a half before one of the soles got teared apart from the inside) but there's no signs of damage with these ones yet ^_^

I really like your review, it is very detailed! I’ve never wore platforms but I really enjoy the design... Maybe one day I’ll buy the shakers but I’m a bit afraid of the quality since I like shoes that last for a looooong time!

Thank you 🖤 I've only had them for almost a year so I can't really speak for their long term durability. Up until now they're in great shape! I love them, they're my favourite boots 😊 And I think they're amazing for beginners. I never bought any New Rocks because they're more expensive, so I can't talk for personal experience, but what I've heard people talk about them is that they are way more durable though and can last you pretty much a lifetime 🙂

I feel in general Demonias run big, at least in all the shoes I have from them. I used to wear 38 and a Demonia size 38 would fit large on me. But, as I said in the video, I now wear mostly 37, and a Demonia size 37 fits me well, so idk if my feet shrinked or what, but my recommendation would be: if you're torn between 2 sizes, go for the smallest one. :)

heyy are the 225s easy to walk in? I walk around the city a lot with friends and I want some goth boots that I can walk long periods of time in without wanting to die. I have the swing 815s but they are heavy and I could never walk in those for a long time but I thought these would be better because they’re flat? Thx 🖤

Comparing the swing 815 with the damned 225, they're indeed flat, maybe a little too much. The thing is: yes, they're comfortable for long wear because of the flat surface for your feet to rest BUT the sole part that touches the floor shouldn't have been as flat, because it doesn't aid your walking. As I've said about the Shakers 52, they have an angle to help the movement of the foot and leg when walking, the damned 225 don't have that so they're not as easy to walk in. But it doesn't mean they're not comfortable. They're also quite heavy, each boot is more or less 1kg. There's lighter boots out there, where the sole is made of plastic, but they might not be as long lasting :s

@@Metzli Oh! Thank you, I ordered the Demonia Swing 815 off of the Demonia website and Im just feeling nervous if they are gonna ever arrive since it's been about 4-5 days now.

@@epicsognatore1026 Well, shipping times depend from where they're based and where they're shipping to. To some places it can be normal to wait for more than a week. When I ordered my Demonias it was December so with Christmas around the corner they also took longer to arrive, but this time of the year doesn't have any holiday going on so you should hear from them soon, hopefully. Didn't they send you a tracking code for your package?

@@epicsognatore1026 I never ordered from Demonias website so I can't say for sure but it's pretty standard for stores to send you an email with a tracking code/link when they sent out your package. Ask your dad to check the email he used to place the order, there should be something there. Good luck, hope you get them soon :D

I want the 52’s so bad but they’re all sold out on a lot of the major sites. There are only some small eBay accounts that are also limited, and a few companies that ship from pleaser shows that I don’t know if they’re credible. Overall, nice review!🖤🕸
