Hi Steve. The black garlic came out Amazing and delicious.Taste the same as the one i got from the shop. Steve have you eaten black garlic before as i am new to it.

@@doinsngoins Pick some black garlic up Steve your love it as you like garlic. I now eat black garlic every day on it's own. And i add it to my dinners. I have some black garlic just come in. 1 is 90 days fermented black garlic and the other is 120 days fermented black garlic. So i can see what the difference is between my 12 day fermented black garlic i made.
