You're definitely trippin. Foolio was most definitely in the passenger seat. Look at the crime scene photo. Foolio's legs are in the front passenger seat seat and his upper body is in the rear seat, behind the driver's seat. That would be impossible to do if he was driving. The car also went all the way thru to the front of the building, and you'd have to be steering to do that. I think Foolio was reaching in the back for his gun, when he was hit in the back of the head and not trying to climb in back like people are saying.
