I know I'm extremely late to this video, but thank you so much for everybody's service. Also my famlily lost friends in this war in real life, they told me and I never got to meet them which is sad, but one of the soldiers that was shooting the somolians when he crashed well even though he died in the movie he didn't die in real life my aunt met him and he was in a wheelchair so hes okay. I'm still very thankful for everybody's service that day and now,. Also I still get to see one of my dad's friend's that survived the black hawk down war in real life and he still has terrible memories of the war, he even saw the black hawk helicopter crash that day with his own eyes, it's pretty shocking. Have a super duper fantastic day, night, and weekend, today, tomorrow, and so on. Also thank you so much for making this video I love it and this song.

I've always wanted to join the military and serve my country, I love history and hell, what am I supposed to do, sit around in a safe environment knowing all of these brave soldiers are sacrificing there lives for the greater good. Well I say no more, when I turn anywhere from 18-20 I want to join the military, preferable the Army or Marines

If your planning on doing so I suggest ROTC, get your collage paid, join the military, then after your service is finished you apply for other jobs. Lots of retired vets are left stranded after finishing their service. Start young man, believe me

Actually, marines are grunts. They're a main assault force used for invasions and the kind. Rangers are light/Airborne infantry, doing special operations such as capturing high ranked enemies. Deltas are anti-terrorist special forces, who do almost nothing but black ops and special ops. So basically, they are already better than the marines in quite a couple of views. But, there shouldn't be competition, they are all different and can't really be compared.

hey, we're all brothers/sisters we shared the same sand over there. My site at one time had Army, Spec-Ops, Marines, SEALS, Psyops, and Civilian Contractors. We all worked Ramadi and fought together and bled together.

Actually, they were ordered to stay away because the Military sent in some other guys to rescue them. I can't really remember if it was Delta or Para-Rescue, but due to unexpected resistance they were unable to make it. Command told the Rangers to stay away because they had someone else go in, but the Rangers who went against orders didn't know this. So you got part of it right, after all, the guys who many forget such as SEALs and Delta were also there.

The story was they wanted the UN Forces to go in first but they couldn't; So our boys went in. 10th Mountain went in to help the Rangers and got into it the whole way to relieve and pull them back. I had a lot of friends from 10th in my unit in Korea 99-2000. It was not a very pretty story.
