Use your choice of flavours. I like the pure jamun taste without additional flavours.

Some people make it that way by removing seeds first. I find this easier and less messy. And pulp not wasted. Try both and see which you prefer.

Small batches for a week in the refrigerator. For longer storing time sugar quantity needs to be equal in volume with jamun.

You can try and add for an instant spread. But the texture will be thick and different and you may need little ghee or oil. Also taste of gud will likely dilute the taste of jamuns. Let me know how it turns out.
