I used to use this a lot on my old white wall tires 20 years ago to keep them looking brand new. It used to be made by Wesley's, and Black Magic bought them out about 10-15 years ago. It works great!

I used that stuff for decades. It used to be called Wesley’s Bleche White. I still use it as a go to when I’m in a hurry.

I used BLECHE-WITE on my truck tires. Probably used only half the bottle but I was very thorough and did each tire twice, rinsing and scrubbing in between. When you spray this on a dirty tire, you can see the dirt and grime melt off. The spray turns brown in about 10-30 seconds, scrub her down for a minute, and rinse. It actually made the tires smell like brand new out of the tire show room floor. An applied coat of Meguiar's High Class Hot Shine afterwards makes the tires look extra good.

This tire cleaner and mothers chrome polish are the 2 products I never actually "upgraded" because they just work. It's amazing how these products haven't changed over in 15 years that I have been using it

Just a quick follow up to my previous post. I did but the Super Clean gal. Mixed it 8 oz to 24 oz water. That stuff rocks. Rinses tire browning and break dust right off. I may dilute it to 1 part to 4 water. Its slippery stuff. Interesting the jug says full strength for tired. Def not needed. I think the bleach white stuff I used is way to diluted per instructions 4 oz to 1 gal. No matter. I found a new better cleaner. Thanks for all you tips and videos. Your making good detailers out of all of us.

William Myers I believe I did according to instructions. Its the concentrate. No matter. Ill prob use it up on the gfs and kids car at a fuller strength. Lol. I like superclean alot better. That stuff will save you from buying 409, fantastic, or any of those products. It not only works well on tires, I use it on everything that needs cleaning with that type of product. Anytime I find a product with multiple uses and it works for me thats what I use. Same with windows. Perfect Glass not only works best on windows but shines up the chrome on my bike. When I bought my new truck I bought all kinds of crap that were for 1 specific thing. And its a shame when a specific product cant even do its one thing. I dont argue products. Whatever works for someone its all good. I just clean my vehicles. Im not looking for the "best" product. Just what works for me and then Im done. Ill never buy Bleche-wite again. From reviews some people love the stuff. Whatever works. :)

i ran out of westley's a year or so ago and went and picked up a bottle of this. didn't really even noticed it was now owned by black magic at the time of purchase. i went home and used it and was like, 'what in the world?!!' was really disappointed because it didn't seem to be doing a thing as far as cleaning my tire. i took it back to the store and i tried some other things with very unsatisfying results, took a chance and tried another bottle and was very happy to see that it was performing at least close to the level as the westley's, brown gunk was running down my tire as soon as i sprayed it. so i figure they tried to cut costs by watering it down hoping the reputation would continue to sell the product but either it hurt sales, people were complaining or both because this bottle i have now (which is about empty) does a pretty good job of getting my tire clean. i hope it wasn't a fluke and the next bottle i get performs as well.

Holly crap this thing really works..my ebike White letters on the tires tirned Brown i guess from the brake dust..so i Google a tire cleaner and this product came up.. I'm definitely impressed Good review 👍🏾

I've used nothing but for like 25 years going back to the old white wall days. Works great for me. Never even bothered trying anything else. I also use their tire dressing which has no equal for looks and longevity in my book.

BigOldDog black magic has not been making this for 25 years. Prior to a few years back it was Westley’s and the best product on the market. Black magic “reformulated” it and now it’s no where near the same product.

I've been using this product for a good while now and never actually went to another product because it does the job. I spray the tires first with water to rid out the loose dirt, then spray on the front and back tire (pending the tire size or if one is in direct sunlight- one at a time then) , but I'd scrub the front then back. Wash off. Looks great. It's a really good product though.

When we would paint a panel on a white car. We would wash the rest of the car with a quick mist of that stuff. You would be surprised the road grime that stays on a car. Always would help the contrast of the repair.

Scott you have been around a long time its a white wall tire cleaner and you can use it on rims/wheels long as you rinse quickly....also bleach white was probably owned by another company i think black magic bought bleach white lol but bleach white has ben around 20 years

I bought a bottle of this and it worked great. My tires were DISGUSTING! After washing and scrubbing with normal car wash detergent they would still be brown. This stuff worked great.

When that stuff was made by Wesley's, it would melt brown stuff off the tire. It was awesome. BM messed up the formula, and it's a little disappointing. As far as an over the counter, made for everyone, product goes... it'll work without messing anything up. Since I have D101, I'll skip this extra bottle.

Yeah, it was awesome stuff back in the day. Good point, though, maybe they went back to the old formula, which we see in this video. My tires are dressed with Meg's Endurance, and BM-BW just rolled off like water.

I've been buying Westley's Bleche-Wite by the case for years. 4 gallons to a case.This BM stuff is trash in comparison. No doubt about it...Nowhere near the same performance, not even close.

Yes. But it says in the back do not allow contact with magnesium or aluminum wheels. I cleaned my alloy wheels and it made my wheel super shiney up until it started raining

Interesting review. I bought this stuff in 48 oz bottle to be mixed 4 oz/1gal. Either what one of has in our bottles, or the brake dust and tire browning is of a diff makeup in Fl. This crap is like using....nothing at all. It foams nicely Ill admit. Lol Disolves zero browning off tires and the only dust it rinses away is what you wipe free. After spending an hour on my tires I said F this crap, found some 409 and did a nice job. That said, I want to buy the Super Clean you review. It looks impressive and better than 409. I like your videos. Im just a tad confused if the stuff you use is what we buy. Lol

@Dallas Paint Correction & Auto Detailing - I ran into road paint on my tires yesterday. Should i get bleche-wite tire cleaner remove paint and a scrubber to remove the white road paint? Also my friend said a clay bar well remove it as well. What do you recommend for this process. Any advise would be really appreciated. Thank You.

My experience with this product has been terrible. I bought one bottle and used it on many different tires and had trouble removing grime no matter how many times I went over it. It seemed extremely watered down.

It will screw up your rim if it dries in the hot sun eventually if you don't rinse it off immediately especially on aluminum chrome not so much

just used it today on one of my tires and factory rims... i had bad brake dust on tires and rim and it took that off with no problems .. but i repeatedly rinse as i was cleaning .

It does say do not clean magnesium or aluminum wheels with it. I did it and nothing happened it made my wheels extra shiney. I did wipe as i was spraying did not let it sit for 1 minute

It works but it's not the same formula when it was made by Westleys, I feel it does not work as well and I stopped using it. I use to use it even to clean my white gutters with great results.

Too much of an AD for me. I feel like I'm being sold something in the infotainment commercial. I just checked the ingredients and it is at least 90% water. Second most prevalent ingredient is sulfonic acid. Nothing special here and certainly not worth what they are charging. In fact I would guess the bottle itself costs more than the ingredients. Kinda like toothpaste.

Just so you know... it's not French at all, maybe whoever named the product just wanted to protect the brand name, or they were really drunk and can't spell. Bleach is not called bleche in French, it's "eau de Javel" and White is "blanc" not "wite", LOL.
