Black Man Arrested For Recording Video Of Police. Then This Happens

Officer Kyle Jacobs is taking a break while on patrol when he notices someone staring at him. As he acknowledges his presence, the citizen takes out his cell phone and begins recording video of Officer Jacobs. After a few minutes, Officer Jacobs demands that he stops, when the man replies that he is well within his 1st Amendment rights, Officer Jacobs arrests him for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Unfortunately for Officer Jacobs, the entire incident is on video, making the evidence against him in court undisputable.
