I was fucking around today with this, I switched from the e natural minor to the e harmonic minor to the e hungarian minor. Hungarian minor scale is underrated af in black metal imo

That first part of the riff definitely sounds like the main riff of my song, Tales of the Eastern Slaughterland from Eons Past. Main difference is that I harmonized the notes with 2 guitars playing single notes rather than one guitar playing chords. In all fairness, I put out the song 4 years ago. Anyway, great video!

Kostadin Stefanoff find a note or chord that works and transitions smoothly to your first note/chord you play at the start of the riff
