If it gets delayed I'm going to be disappointed because ever since the first reveal of this game I have been keeping it in my radar and looking up every bit of information on it I can. I love souls like and fantasy rpgs let's hope it is exactly how it shown because there have been alot of misleading games out there that have released and everything was different. But I think this game will look how show because this is a new game and developers that I've never seen before

@@pacman5800 I think it has been delayed, mate. Keep in mind that the team developing this game is quite small. Last I heard, they were hiring. So yeah, fingers crossed the delay won't be too significant, although I am all for "delay as much as you want as long you don't compromise on quality".

graphics, cinematography, and story look great (interested to see how it differs from the classic). i think the parkour/jumping/movement mechanics need a lot of work though, looks like it'd be a little annoying travelling between places at the moment

Everything in the game looks great, only thing that I'd say they still need to work on are the fire effects. The fire on the wolf when he was hit with the fire status was pretty rough.. looking like something from a 360 or ps3 game.

Secondly, you sound like a salty fan boy who can't take any criticism towards your beloved games or you get defensive about it. Constructive criticism never hurt anybody. No game is perfect, and I'm merely highlighting that while everything else looks sublime, the fire effects are lacking. But then again, I still remember how the fire effects in Ocarina of Time wowed me back when I was a kid and I watched the trailer for the first time, so I suppose I have a high bar for fire effects in games, lol. Do me a favor: look at the fire effects in Last of Is Part 2, and compare them to this game. Big difference. Naughty Dog set the standard ever since.

Really wish there’s a deflect mechanism, can’t expect more if it can rival sekiro in game mechanics. By the looks of it, it revolves around abilities as offense and dodging as defence. The blurring effect to represent impact is kind of distracting. Overall it looks good I guess. But would require more polishing in terms of gaming mechanics and things revolving around it.

Wukong was a nigh unkillable (he had MANY levels of immortality) beast that could (and did) wipe out entire Heavenly armies solo with little effort. This is Elden Ring with skin mods, lol.
