go to pool of shattered jade and blast the cocoons there, 25 cocoons x 105 xp or 115 xp (2600-2900 will or xp) if you use curio, the premise is you have ashen slumber transformation after the blast, use the incense trail talisman to return to the last shrine (also respawn the cocoon and rest your bar) it only took 5 minutes, and you get 2600-2900 xp + will, in one hour (if you're not bored) you will get 31.200 will + xp, or if you're below level 120-130 it takes 4x blast to reach next level, if you're level 150 and above, it will need 5-7 blast to get 1 level up. but if you like to roam, go to snake trail (chapter 1), rockrest flat (chapter 2), and new thunderclap temple--temple entrance (chapter 3) they drop mind core which is required to make celestial pills (increase health, mana, stamina, defense, resistances) from xu dog
