Tip for this video since the whole gourd and drinks upgrading seems to be confusing you ill just keep it simple, you take the first gourd and drink that you started the game with and upgrade those to max. The other drinks may have fancy effects but if you are looking for raw healing then the first one which is coconut wine is the best

1. You can only upgrade two armours to mythical per run. 2. Wine worms are make your drinks better, every upgrade increasing the rarity of it up until mythical. 3. Pick the goard you want, I went for the default old one. For more detail into armour, upgrading up until epic is fine for armour but for legendary you use fine gold thread which is a finite resource but you usually have a fair bit of it. You can only get two mythical armours per game run (new game+ exists) so either upgrade one and craft the bull King's armour or craft two sets and miss out cause u need celestial ribbons which u get 16 of per run.

I saw u using mobile staff spin this video, and the golden set is good if u want to use that to build focus, cause you hit a lot so you crit a lot cause every hit gets the crit rate. I'd recommend the Pilgrim set you get at the start of the game because a full mythical set of it gives you focus just for running. I get you don't want to watch videos on builds and stuff, so I hope you take inspiration from the comments! Gl with the game.

You should upgrade the original gourd to level 6 then the gourd guy you met will give you the best gourd in the game it gives you like 9 or 10 sips enjoyed the vid man the upload consistency is amazing

And I said it in an early post but the crown and outfit that you started out with, if you upgrade them to a mythical item they change forms, and they look 🔥, and the full outfit makes you run faster and while sprinting the first light attack does hella damage when it stack up to 10 times and you can also use the gourd while sprinting.

And also along with the gourd situation there’s soaks, which is like a perk, if you haven’t already figured it out, there’s a soak which prevents you from getting interrupted while using the gourd.

Spellbinder works much better if you add all the curios and Daoist to increase your max mana and then activate Spellbinder. Once its activated, you have to switch your curios and transformation to increase your attack damage and crit chance.

@@NotPolarEX switch it after u use spellbinder, cause once u use anyskill before using spellbinder u r not longer cant activate spell binder unless u rest/fill your mana to max again

@NotPolarEX not at all. Put all the mana pieces on near a shrine and then rest so your mana fills up. Then cast spellbinder at the shrine and swap out the mana pieces for damage or crit pieces. I prefer non-able because of the buffs and his mana debuff becomes irrelevant. Then you proceed to smash faces with ease. I just beat NG+ for the 3rd time using this build. You're my favorite wukong streamer and your content is hilarious. 10/10. Much love, bro.

hey man dunno if u know this already but when spinning the staf u can build up a lot of focus and it charges back ur summon and that thing that makes u immune to fire so for example u use immobilize u do the staff spin u do damage and build up the things i just said so its really handy especially when fighting the secret boss in chap three u haven’t done yet love u
