this has been my least favorite boss in the game so far. super annoying to fight. was relieved when it was over. felt like controls and camera were fighting me the whole time. would be a lot better if he stunned easier and stayed on the ground longer.

Worth mention, there's an Epic Curio on a table surrounded by seats if you follow the lake shoreline going right. I took my sweet time going around leftwards thinking I just wasted my time exploring to come across it near the end of my run... it was a loooooooong run! 😂

You can cheese this fight luring him to the rocky notch of the shore facing him to the right [there's an Epic Curio further on in that direction on a table btw]. He just stays on the ground in that area unless you get grabbed and picked up to the center of the lake. Avoid that from happening 😅 Usage of Pluck, 3F Heavy hits and Baby Buddha Spirit, and Transformation, to keep it staggered

If this boss hits you with certain attacks then you’ll get electrical damage which increases damage dealt to you, so maybe that’s it. Unless this guy is just overleveled

I can't stand these archetype of bosses: irregular/small hitbox, constantly evades/kites the player, able to freely move in and out of field of view of the player, and can initiate/wind up said attacks out of view.

One upside is that it's a glass cannon. You get a lvl 3 heavy on it and it's going down, especially if it lands mid attack. Its hitbox does feel jankey tho, wouldn't be so bad if the camera panned out a bit

Its actually hilarious how u feel like game is in alpha stage, where u hit air most of times and not dragon, loose time to just walk a half mile to him, and terrible attack animation to hard to adapt to use dodge. Enemy like that is also not candidate for dodge mechanic since its bulk and moves are not something u can react by looking at enemy, its simply remembering at which second u did what.
