When he said "This is why this can't win GOTY!' when Erlang dodged... I yelled "That's exactly why it SHOULD win GOTY." It's been a LONG time since I've seen a game implement boss dodge mechanics well, and Erlang is perfect. He sees you charging a giant attack, and evades it. Makes it so much more fun and realistic when the boss basically goes "You think i'm just going to stand there like a nimrod, and take your giant smack to the face? Nah, I ain't that stupid." It's really fun when they do that and I automatically say "Well played" like i'm facing an actual person playing in a PvP game, and they made a smart move.

@@MrDemonKing21 EXACTLY. Plus its not like your heavy attacks are useless, you just need to break his shield first or do it when he is mid animation

I’ve had a lot of fun playing this game, I fought all the bosses and the only ones that made me mad was the Yaksha King and the supreme inspector, supreme inspector was only annoying because I fought him immediately after Yaksha King so I was just tired

I beat yaksha king on my 7-8 try the fireproof mantle helped me a lot and the supreme inspector? I hate him so much I spend 30 min on that goddamm boss

You may find SPOILERS bellow: haha. Just imagine being the first guy who lost his cool on the first boss and then seeing girl fighting one of the more annoying ones on the dance board. I finished the game like a week ago and it was fun. I don't understand all those people who are comparing this game to the GoW. There might be some similarities. But I played both GoW games on the hardest difficulty. And Wukong is a bit harder than that... So all my casual friendly players who do enjoy games like god of war on some normal difficult, would lose it many times I think. I felt the same feeling like when Sekiro was released and I had the best time in it. Playing this felt almost the same. Sekiro was a bit harder. Wukong is great. Had no such a fun time in a while, while playing a video game. Only bossess I struggled with was Erlang. This dude took me like 2 hours to beat to get that secret ending. But then I went to fight main boss of the game. And I beat that monkey on the first try. Some bossess took me 35 minutes. Yes. But a few tries and you are good enough to kill them. Like first tiger, the other side ones were easy af. This game can be much more easier thanks to the spells. If it wasn't for them, I would struggle with some enemies even more. If you struggle with some boss, consider to change your gear or replace your skill points. Since it's completely free, it might help. Sometimes you can get a new item from side quest before you go to fight a real boss of the chapter. For example chapter 5. ou get a needle from secret location. And it literally ruins boss second hpase. Thansks to it, it's much easier. Can't wait for those dlc's and another games. Cuz this was fun

My very first souls-like game ive ever played and there was some challenging bosses, but even if i lost so many times, I LOVED the game so much!! TheBlackHokage is literally skill issue

Next one... Sekiro my brother. I felt playing sekiro when it released the same feelings I had now in wukong. Trust me... I finished Elden Ring, Sekiro, Code Vein, Nioh, and many more. But Sekiro in my oppinion is better than others for the fist time I mean. But I really recomend you trying it. It will propably be harder than Wukong. More than one times. Wukong is not 1on1 with souls like, because if you die, you don't have to go back and take what you ropped there that you need to upgrade your stats. You will see my friend. Just check it out. Basic enemies are way harder than in Wukong. Bossess are amazing. Wish you a good luck. The game should take you as much time as Wukong. If you tried to do and find everything. in my case I spent 58 hours in Wukong. And over 60 in Sekiro.

@@yukeechen-b9q I’d rather lose I few bucks than my sanity because this game is really pissing me off I’ve broken two controller charger cables almost came close to breaking my controller itself and yes this game is that hard and frustrating to me so no more ill break a controller before too long or a nerve in my head or a heart attack from all the yelling and anger I’ve lost count on how many times yellow loong has beaten me at this point and I’m almost done with chapter four but I don’t wanna leave him unbeaten games like this are a nightmare to play no escapism whatsoever I wish I knew ahead of time that it would be this hard I’m ok with difficulty but not 20 plus losses to one boss that’s not fun at all
