I think the "several embarrassing mishaps" statement that is shown in Reaper's bio is because Prophet made Reaper sentient. After doing so, Reaper could then enact his own form of justice wherever he felt was necessary. Since the EWR poject was intended to create controllable elite mech soldiers, having one go entirely rougue after having his government level encryptions hacked would be embarrassing enough to shut the project down.

one major thing you missed. prophet has clearly already had some cybernetic augmentation otherwise he wouldn't be referred to as "transhuman" when you kill him in multiplayer. he all but definitely has a DNI at this point. also, his current default outfit matches his outfit in the comics at 9:39.

Reaper could be in a development stage right now. He was never completely created till someone found him as an an abandoned project and finished building him or some how he built himself. I would of loved to see him return though as his scythe was very fun to use in my opinion.

This dude was my all time favorite. I love the aspect of him. I pretty much helped spread his fame and popularity on BO3 over the 2 years it was popular because I remember up until this year hardly anyone used him. If you ever saw an all black reaper on TDM alot that was me dropping 50-60 bombs. I think they took him out because all of his aspects like his footsteps and breathing were different and for multiplayer thats sort of unequal. I aint complaining though.

Probably not. Zombies, (Main Story with Takeo, Dempsey, etc.) takes place in an alternate 1900s. (Origins is in 1917.) So, the world would be in volcanic ruins. (Tranzit and Blood Of The Dead 2 prove this.) Therefore, since the Multiplayer maps arent cracked open with lava, the stories arent connected sadly.

Reaper will not be in BO4. You ignored 1 major thing from the transmissions: Prophets voice. He talks with a clearly robotic voice, and in BO4 he does not. That would be kinda important, since he hacked into Reaper when he has that voice, and he does not yet have those augmentations in BO4, Reaper is not possible 100%, unless they do heavy retcons, which they wont. This is Treyarch. They don’t retcon shit. As for adding another robot? I doubt it. It would not fit into the lore. I doubt they will add any specialists in general, as cool as that sounds. If they do, none of the missing BO3 characters will be one of them. None of them fit into this part of the timeline.

iiEixo but that doesnt mean he is as human as he is in BO4. Most likely the voice change likely would have not been intended as an augment, as it provides no real advantage. Most likely is a byproduct of another augment, most likely to the lungs and respiratory system, which would not be visible in a comic where the character is not heard, but seen.

Another theory thats HIGHLY UNLIKELY but a cool idea is that maybe group 935 in the zombies story line created EWR 115 as a wonder weapon but since the zombies story timeline had many timeline switches and went through different portals that EWR 115 somehow got into the real story and kept going thru different timelines of reality. or something like that pretty sure im wrong i havent found evidence to prove but it was just something i thought about.

It would be cool if reaper came into bo4 with a personality or a person. The lore would be that he used to be normal but he suffered an accident where they amputate nearly every part of him or transfer his consciousness to a new body, which would be the robot.
