I know a few of you are pissed at me for doing this but i'm not trying to show any skill here i'm just trying to show you guys that SBMM is very REAL and the difference in lobbies between this account and my main account is night and day, it's a COMPLETELY different experience on my new account. Just keep your KD and SPM and accuracy LOW and you should always be in casual lobbies.

Casual CoD truly died in Modern Warfare, they took the SBMM to a whole new level with that game because they wanted to draw in the new gamers that Fortnite brought into the industry and capitalise on this new demographic, it hasn't been the same since

I knew it was going to be insane in my first game I was already going against prestige 3’s. The next closest level to me was like 48 lol. While I don’t think it should be removed, SBNM needs to be toned down. Plus they gotta fix team balancing. I’m a casual good player but they always stack the other team with the best players. Sure I’ll do fine but the rest of my team gets massacred and quit. They need to go back to putting the best players on each team then alternate on selection in the lobby. Plus stop disbanding after each match. Used to be you could just stay in and learn new tricks,, have rivalries, and shit. That’s how I added most of my friends list. Most of them I had battles against, with, talk trash them laugh

We have coming: Battlefield 6, World War 3 (the "battlefield killer") coming and i cant wait for it, Hell Let Loose, etc etc etc We might possibly see a good Call Of Duty ( hopefully Modern Warfare 2.021) because this year they will have REAL competition, so i`m pretty sure they will adjust the SBMM / PBMM because otherwise they will learn in the hard way that CASUALS are exactly that, they are casuals, they will play, but only until they find something more appealing. Since 2019 ACTIVISION have been facing little to no competition, that`s why they have been abusing on all of us. But this year hopefully things are going to be different, and hopefully the other Devs will use their tactics against them.

I did the same thing and noticed such a difference. I can run around like a mad man and have fun! Not many people are slide cancelling, booty sliding and jump shotting. Its the COD I'm used to and have fun. The players I go against are using multiple guns and trying to grind challenges. I don't have to use a meta weapon. Its what Call of Duty was meant to be.

The pre-firing has an explanation. I do it sometimes because my gun of choice is the LMG with a huge magazine (100 bullets) so when someone goes behind cover, if I’m thirsty, I start spraying and praying because I have the bullets and the person is bound to come out sometime. Here it was a guess. 50/50 on which side you will pop out of.

They need to add a cooldown status bar for the bunny hopping and sliding mechanic with no AfterBurner perk. Once you either bunny hop or slide, your status bar drops and you can't bunny hop or slide until your status bar goes back to normal.

Cold War is actually so fun when you get around SBMM, you actually get balanced lobbies with balanced skill instead of the opposition being a pro team, making callout, scuff jumping and booty sliding around corners, I finally had enough and started using my second account where I snipe and knife to get into "Easy lobbies" but it really isn't as easy as you'd think it really feels like I'm playing a real Call of Duty again and I don't know why I took so long and let my old school gamer pride get in the way of me having fun. I even got into a lobby where me and another guy on the other team were just going at each other to see who was the best essentially (I made a comeback and just one getting a VTOL at the last second) and it really felt like I was playing BO4 again. For the love of god Activision tone down SBMM to what it used to be to make the experience balanced for EVERYBODY not just the Fortnite kids

I haven't played in 4 days. I played today to try and unlock the Sledgehammer on some Nuketown. I lasted one game. Joined a late game that was getting spawn trapped by sweats using the Bullfrog bunny hopping and stimming in the middle of gunfight. Damn. After 4 days of not playing, I thought I'd maybe getting a shower transition into the deep pits of SBMM, but it's like it just pauses from your last good game and continues off that the next time you get on. Maybe that's why more casuals play now apparently, because anyone who's actually good at the game stopped playing.

I love it Thundy. Been watching you since the Em Dub 3..Blops Deuce days (can't remember...my 40's have taken my memory). We had a crew of at least 20 that have been playing since the early days of COD and we always had a 6 man team any time I got on. Those days are long gone. Nobody likes this trash anymore. We play local lobbies every now and then for nostalgia...just a 6 man vs vet bots or a 3 on 3...sometimes even a 2v2 snd. This way we know there's no bs going on. After seeing this I MAY give it a try. Although, I really have reservations of contributing money to the pay to win era of COD...I really do miss old school COD. I just wish I could still play casual and do well (pre-PTW days). Even though I don't really play COD anymore, I still love wathcing the 402 vids. I just wish you kept the business model of talking about current events over gameplay vs complaining about SBMM every vid. No hate...just constructive crit. I know you have to mold to the algorithm.

Thunder! just join your new accounts party and have it search for a match, then back out the new account before the game starts. Thats what i do i get bot lobbies and dont have to continually reverse boost it

Lobbies should be based on ping. Once the lobby becomes populated, the game then needs to matchmake those players as evenly as possible. I miss playing against teams comprised of a couple scrubs, a couple players around my level, and a couple pub stompers on each team. That’s when it is fun.

Honestly I've been playing Hardcore going for longshots as I'm camo grinding and not trying hard has helped, ill do that for a few matches then go back to core and dominate and have some fun. Sometimes I'll mess around with doing things like melee only or go for executions.

People may comment that you need to just get good. No we players who spent money to enjoy this game are as good as our practice gets us. We have fun and become a better player overtime. The problem these people do not understand is that not only will the good players face sweat fests, but when the noobs get better at the game they will suffer with the game screwing them over. Guns won't aim right and are pushed away from the target, lag spikes because of long distance ping brought to us by SBMM because of greed by Activision within their patents. Wtf. We paid for a game because we like Call of Duty and want to enjoy the game. We didn't buy the game to have our games fuck us over so someone with a lower skill level 100% can kill us because Activision says so. If this doesn't get fixed that means before the games life cycle I'll quit. I need and want a fun game. It's sad when minecraft at times seems more fun this game, or my fighting games, etc. Activision has fucked our fun up. They suck. We don't need to get food. Activision does. They need to get good at making a game that EVERYONE can enjoy.
