I cant play cold war on my series x even tho the discs itself supports both old and new gen. For whatever reason it doesnt want to load into the actual game. It sits on the start up screen for like 5 secs then takes me back to xbox dashboard without giving me a reason why it did. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem but on ps5. I have this problem with every call of duty games, but strange enough other games work just fine. Have you found a method that fixed it? If so please let me know. Thanks in advance.
