Very true. Great Britain is the father and the United States is the son. In the 1600s, Great Britain had the English Civil War; in the 1700s the British Colonies in North America had the Revolutionary War (really the War of Independence). The King James Bible (1611) is probably most-read Bible in the United States. For years--especially after the Battle of Trafalgar (1805)--Great Britain had the world's largest navy; since the early 1940s, the United States has had the world's largest navy. The English Bill of Rights (1689) had a big influence on the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights (1787).

He was not put in iraq, but he fled there after US crackdown of Afghanistan and gradually made his base in among kurds village. He had some funds from al qaeda with him though. One thing this video got dead wrong was the relationship between Zarqawi and Bin Laden and the relationship between his organization (early ISIS) and Al Qaeda. All were relationships of convenience. There were not closely linked. Zarqawi swore allegiance to UBL to get the AQI label. Zarqawi was always much more aggressive than Bin Laden and Al Qaeda ever were.
@paulyjones39663 ай бұрын
And you actually know this how ?
@johnr72793 ай бұрын
@@paulyjones3966 I learned this very simply through research and observation. And my individual choice to believe what I thought to be true. If you research what their individual and organizational (AQ vs. ISIS) you will also find that ISIS was much more aggressive. However, AQ was seen as the pre-eminent insurgency organization in Iraq soon after the insurgency started in Iraq, compelling Zarqawi to decide to side with AQI, align himself with UBL and AQI, in spite of their goals being very different. I was in Iraq in 2003 but could not see a lot from where I was and what my job was then. I learned a lot more later on, again, through research, observation, and making my own choice what to believe in. If that answer does not satisfy, nothing will. 😀

The reenactment is just dumb. The actors are pretending to be operators on the helicopter were flagging each other, had the muzzles up instead of pointing down. You point the muzzle down in a helicopter because the engines and transmissions are on top of the aircraft and if you have a negligent discharge of your weapon you will not severe a hydrolic line, or worse, drestroy one of the engines. Also, the weapons would already be loaded and the optics switched on and their NODS would have been mounted on their helmet. Why don't they point the muzzle down on a plane? Because paratroopers have them in what was the 1950 small arms bag that is strapped to your left side as you exit. If you are flying into an already seized airfield they will be muzzle down with no ammunition in the weapon until you exit the aircraft. You should hire someone like me to coach your actors. Another thing. We, our battalion of Stryker infantry, hunted for this dude while we were in Mosul, Iraq from Oct 04 until Oct 05 and thought we killed him or that some CAG guys had at one point. He was found and "killed" more than a few times. The issue was that he had a slew of body doubles. Two guys from CAG had received intelligence that he was rolling around in a BMW with only one security member who was acting as his driver. They followed him with drones and some ground teams and after thinking they had positively identifying a guy who they believed was him began tailing him with I don't know how many two man teams. Midday traffic was always bumper to bumper in areas of Mosul and they caught him in an area full of cars where they his driver could not move the car much and two guys dressed as Iraqi men jumped out of a black BMW they had procured from somewhere and walked up to the car and flipped the life switch to the off position on both men. Which our Bn had done to other terrorists that were also thought to be him. He had four or five safe houses in Mosul on both sides of the river. We raided one that we found had a tunnel from that house to another one a full block away. This was a full stand up tunnel with concrete walls, ceiling and floor. It had lights the entire length.

Couldn't they get an actor to play the General with short hair? Special teams sometimes have a little longer hair, but Generals--NEVER.

Soviets have been asked by legitimate Afganistan government to protect them from islamists. later the same people who did fight against Soviets did hurt USA. USA started so many wars without or with wrong reasons that no country did. USA attacked Afganistan because of Taliban or other reasons, but in the end they just left or run, I would say leaving 30 000 people who helped USA without any protection. USA politicians and military is even worse.

Don't blame Americans, we just work and take care of our family the best we can, the governments starting these conflicts! We don't want war! This is why Trump is so popular!

Why is mark urban even a part of this video when he doesn’t have a clue about what’s going on? This dude clearly can’t get a barber to fix the hairline not to mention he is being told what to say by a teleprompter just watch his eyes.

Mohammed, God or any reference to our Creator is and should never be the justification for starting violence of any kind? Our Creator is not happy with this reasoning!
