Didn't think I had to say it but don't harass smokedope, it's not like he tried to claim anything on purpose, I thought I pretty explicitly blamed his Foundation Media label. It's a completely automatic process, the only lame thing is that they seemingly disregarded the appeal without looking at it, since they must assume the song is fully original or don't care. Who cares anyway, in the end it made for a fun bit.

Very impressive. I remember getting through this on PS3 back in 2011 probably, and the hardest part by far was the Napalm barrels in the mission S.O.G, with the infinitely respawning enemies and the one barrel that was just right in the middle in the open. Great job making it past that, I remember the Veteran playthrough being relatively smooth sailing from there. Then again I could reload when I did it. XP Also huge respect for showing the game credits when you finish a playthrough, it's always nice to give the people behind the work we enjoy the attention they deserve for their efforts. Looking forward to the eventual Black Ops 2 playthrough.

@awakenthechosen7 ай бұрын
@@eloquent_redneck3719there are two sides to the coin. The campaigns are all 100% approved by the propaganda department. Anything you see in the story is already declassified and tbh anything that's been declassified is something the feds want you to know. On the other hand, all the intel, terminal logs, Easter eggs, heck even the Zombies story foundations are all filled with occult (hidden) information that the feds don't want you to know. The idea is that if you take those deeper things too seriously, because they're in a video game, people will assume you're not all there. The video game medium almost lessens the ability for people to rationally and comprehensively understand what actually goes on in the world. Things like the 3rd Reich occultism, JFK being told the date of his demise, bleeding edge tech etc are all based on real things that, in the context of a video game, are not meant to be taken seriously. It's actually kind of genius. Only a small sector of players will really grasp the subtext and understand what the real researchers & writers are trying to convey.

Loved the vid and I have a suggestion for a challenge which I tend to impose on myself, which is to always stick to the starting loadout you are given for the mission. Not particularly hard most of the time, just more of an ammo conservation thing but it can get you into some tight spots in certain locations (imagine doing all of Rooftops with only the akimbo CZ's, for example). You are allowed to use the weapons/turrets that they make you use for story progression although you can also tally them for the final punishment if you wanna make it interesting. For BO2 stick to the uncustomized loadout they give you, ofc

i may be 5 months late but 46:50 ish u mention how people say pc is easier than console but it fundamentally cant be (aside from controls but controllers have aim assist anyway) most of the time when ur making a game u balance around the expected frame rate. imagine old games like 007 when u look down u move faster kinda ordeal. the old cods were completely balanced around 40-60 range sometimes as low as 30. that would most likely effect the fire rate and time between dmg taken which is why it seems like u peak out and instantly die sometimes, the npcs are likely shooting 2-3x as fast as they were on console. so at absolute best its neutral if the devs planned for this and balanced around 144fps (which i doubt but could be) or if anything console is easier since the enemies will shoot slower
