Siendo de un país francófono creo que lo más probable es que no hable inglés y se sepa la canción de escucharla o que sepa la canción y sea fruto de una mala pronunciación (en caso de ser esto último probablemente hay más francófonos que lo digan igual ya que ). Being a francophone country it may be a bad pronunciation (if it's this case then probably more francophones does this mistake), or the person doesn't speak english and only knows the song by hearing it (because she doesn't have vocabulary he puts the words closer, this is a phenomena that happens with all people when singing songs with a language that are not fluent).

There's a lot of different people that get famous for different reasons, and most of them has studies, serious actors, and even comedians studied in an art school, such us Institut del Teatre (the biggest one), TV Hosts, studied journalism... They're earnt it. Luck and having connections still helps, I won't lie, but this isn't a big factor here. We value the effort.
