It would be a bit unfair for me to blame the peoples who colonized them (if I recall correctly, the French did), given they have poor land and a shaky government, but it would also be silly to ignore that oppression can leave the oppressed peoples in a precarious state long after the oppression has met an end. Black people are free in America today, indeed. I love my freedom, I do. But... there are some injustices that seem to, well, bar my freedom from equating to yours (not yours exactly, I mean, in most cases, a white (male) person). There is still time to delete your comment, its filled with malice and, perhaps, ignorance? As I said, there are bad black people, but there are good black people.
