Great observation. And you're correct. The 70s was such a great era for music. Record stores were a trip. Concerts were cheap, like 5 dollars, and they normally featured at least 2 bands, sometimes 3. Black Pumas are fantastic.

70s, 80s, and 90s. Occasionally the opposite would happen. Then you would just want to take the record out, and throw it like a frisbee. But when you got something great you spent time with it like a new best friend. This band sounds like a new best friend.

This is one of the best live performances I've ever heard. The sound reminds me a bit of Curtis Mayfield, but it's so much more than soul and funk revival. There is strong rock here as well. Who could possibly dislike?
