I worked a Sabbath show with Tony Martin, Bobby Rondinelli, Geezer Butler and of course, the inimmitable Tony Iommi in the 90's touring this album. I've seen Sabbath many times, with all itterations of the band. This and Tyr are two of my alltime favorites! Dio was amazing, but Tony could sing his ass off!!! Great time for Sabbath!!!

Tony iommi and tony martin had together a good thing going, they took black sabbath to a modern day version of the band, the album headless cross was a masterpiece, the song devil and daughter contains one off the best guitar solos of tony iommi, the unique drums of cozy powell and the amazing vocals of tony martin , no one sang like tony martin on any black sabbath album, he sang with a passion that only Ronnie James dio came close in the mob rules album, the problem was that tony iommi always wanted a version of black sabbath with ozzy Osbourne or with Ronnie James dio, anyway we, the fans of black sabbath in the tony martin era have 5 albums with him on vocals, those albums are some off the best in metal history, more and more people start to think so, thanks for sharing

I was lucky to see BS show in Moscow supporting Headless Cross album. Girlschool was the opening act. Seats in the front raw was taken by some communist bosses, it was forbidden to stand up and dancing during the show and I've seen some guys was beaten by militsia in front of the stage. But the show itself was great. Sorry for my bad English!
