Song is from 1970. This video is from a game someone dubbed the music to. The music and lyrics are what's important obviously. The vocalist is none other than Ozzy Osbourne.

Black sabbath was part of the unholy trinity if the 70s with led zeppelin in the lead along with "deep purple" since you did sabbath and zeppelin should checkout deep purple " highway star" BOOM!!!!

Congratulations!! You were listening to the birth pangs of Heavy Metal!! Or at least when it was in it's infancy in 1970! So many good songs by Black Sabbath to check out! Listen to The Wizard, Hand of Doom, Sweet Leaf, Snowblind, Wicked World, Fairies Wear Boots, & Into the Void...just to name a few. So many more & yes, lyric videos help to get the meaning (I know they didn't have one for this one). But you'll definitely want to do MORE BLACK SABBATH!! An essential band as they are considered the Grandads of Heavy Metal! :)

The video has nothing to do with the song. The video was added by a fan some years after the song was released. If you actually read/listened to the lyrics, War Pigs is a powerful anti-war song. Yeah, the video was kind of anti-war, more anti dictatorship, anti-Nazi, anti-fascist.

I like the Dio-led Black Sabbath more than the Ozzy-led Black Sabbath. Songs such as Heaven and Hell, Neon Knights, Children of the Sea, Die Young, Country Girl,The Sign of the Southern Cross, Falling Off the Edge of the World.

Yeah I totally feel you, that was my bad. The video definitely was a distraction for me and imagine how disappointed I was when I found out after that the video was a fan video, something I didn't know at the time.🫤 But I did go back and listen had to so I could really understand the meaning of the song. And this fan video did it no justice!

Should have been warned to disregard the video. it's cool but not about war, the whole point of the song is anti war. It's distracting.I would have told you if I requested it. Again, for someone familiar with the song it makes sense but a lyric video would have been better. OK, everyone shred me know and tell me how wrong I am, lol. Happens every time! Yup your right because on my channel I react to the video and the music so I make no apologies about my reaction to the video.🤗 But to your point, I didn't know the video wasn't the official video for the song until after my reaction I had no idea hence "first time reaction" so I did go back and listen again to the song as the video did distract me a lot from the music, which is really great! So I'm not giving up on Black Sabbath so more to come!😉

So I'm always ok with constructive criticism. But sheesh sir, I didn't know the song didn't go with the video. I was made aware after my reaction and I thought it was the official video. Furthermore I was also told this song does not have an official video just a live version. So I'm sorry if that wasn't to your liking, but I react to the videos and the song on my channel. But your right I must admit the video did distract from the song lyrics so I had to go back and re listen. It's a great song! Great message! I'm not giving up on black Sabbath tho, so I will be sure to hone in on the lyrics more in my future reactions.🤗
