I can see,(and hear), that this genre isn't what you typically react to, but I applaud you for choosing to react to it! 🏆🏆🏆🏆

This was 53 years ago, I was only 17, this was in 1970, The Vietnam was still a very 'hot' war, nukes and cold war turning hot was a real deal. It was September I would register for the draft in few days. With all the bad news of the day a band released an album. This group and album started a new style of rock, very heavy, gritty, no sweet love songs, a slap in the face of the Pop music of the day and dare to hard rock. This album represented my confusion about the turmoil of the time. I still like this album with songs like "War Pigs", "Paranoid" and "Iron Man" made me a fan of there early work. thanks for the reaction to this song and reminder of my lost youth and my life in the military

Hello, I really love seeing people enjoying Black Sabbath. If you liked this one, you'll really like Hand of Doom. It's about a war veteran who can't get it out of it mind and starts shooting up and all that entails. It's best if played with Rat Salad, it's a continuation and a drum solo.

A song from my misspent youth -- & an anti-American war against Vietnam song --it is absolutely still highly relevant, with conflicts all over this fraught planet today... Thanx for your reaction Seun!

Ignore the video. It was added 40 years later and bears no relation to the lyrics.

Thank you for paying attention, man! So many people think that this is the 'official' video to this tune...FAR from it..........

I think they did a pretty good interpretation of the songs meaning, and what's to come.

@@timothybyrom5560 In some minor context it is anti-Nazi, primarily just an anti-war song written because of the Vietnam conflict.
