I just got Luke like yesterday and I'm absolutely like the new sculpt with the new paint job. POA is improving compare to the last time though.

Maybe the shine is related to how quickly the plastic cools after being injected. I have several Imperial Officer Ferrix from targets buy 2 get one free and some of them are drastically different on shine. I don't know if plastic behaves like metal when cooling slowly vs quickly.

Luke has a great face but he looks more like a legends/New Hope Luke mashup. Young while mature at the same time. Definitely grabbing him and Cal as soon as I can, perhaps Din as well. Thanks for showing them off

That Imperial Riot shield trooper looks excellent. I loved the design and how they recycled existing imperial armour elements to make them look like a WWII German soldier with a riot gear.

Hello Luke thanks for the recap of the newest figures I don't have yet. LoL This is a good wave I'm skipping the Mando disguise figure for now, maybe when he is clearanced out. The Luke figure is probably the one I'm most excited about, the hooded cloak looks great and the details of the figure look amazing. Thanks again for the video and take care my friend, Tom

I love how the new Luke looks, but I can't get used to his face. Do you think it would be possible to swap his head for the Yavin Ceremony Luke? I'm certain it'd need some work to accommodate it, but I'm not even sure if it's the right size, Imperial Cruiser Luke's head kinda looks a bit smaller.

Honest question: does Hasbro not know about wired soft goods? Would be the best solution for making the best looking cloaks and capes. Surely it doesn't cost that much to insert ONE wire in the fabric?

It costs more than you might think. The cost of the materials, the wire and thread, is fairly low, but the cost of labor is what makes wired soft good out of the budget, since I don't really see a machine being able to do it efficiently in that scale. I don't personally know how to sew, but I imagine a wired cape would take a minute or two for an experienced seamstress to make. Multiply that over tens of thousands of units, and it would no doubt get very expensive very quickly, if not just time consuming.

The plastic free packaging 📦 is a pain I got walmart and ts a rulet will I get a fig or a empty box. I got no problems with it but stealing is the real problem. 😢

I hate the fact that you can't determine the quality of the moulding and printing on the figure with these new windowless boxes. It puts me off buying cos Hasbos quality control figure to figure is extremely hit and miss in a very bad way and will likely lead to many returns and replacements being requested for me... I'll probably get Jedi Survivour Cal Kestis, that HK-Droid and maybe Luthen.

I'm also not really happy about the windowless packaging but in fairness I get most of my figures online so I can't see them till they are delivered to my home. So I deal with it if I want the figure.

​@@theperceptor9287same. The majority of my collection comes from Amazon, and if something about the quality isn't what I expect, I don't have an issue returning it. I haven't had to do that yet, but I could if need be.

Solid wave, but the only ones I'm interested in paying full price for are Luke, Cal, and HK87. The Andor figures look really nice, and I'm really anticipating Mon Mothma and Luthen in particular, but I have a strong feeling that I'll be able to get most of them for $15 or less. I'm probably most excited for HK87, personally, since it looks like a really cool Droid, but it is a little puzzling that Hasbro hasn't put out that B2 Super Battle droid yet. Figures like the HK units and the Security Droid have some potential for reuse in the line, but Hasbro could easily make their money off the B2 by reprinting it over and over with different color schemes and accessories/attachments just like they do with their clones. Even the basic blue B2 would sell incredibly well. We have so many clones, but not enough droids for them to battle.
