[Ingredients] 4 servings
◎Pudding
5g gelatin
300ml milk
45g sugar
30g black sesame paste
100ml heavy cream
◎Decoration
whipped cream
roasted black sesame
mint leaves
[Instructions]
1. Put gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of water and leave for 10 minutes to soak.
2. In a saucepan, add milk and sugar, heat until just before boiling.
3. Melt the soft gelatin in the saucepan and strain it.
4. Put the black sesame paste in a bowl and mix well while adding the milk mixture little by little.
5. Add heavy cream to the bowl and mix well.
6. Cool the bowl with ice water and continue mixing until thickened.
7. Divide into pudding cups and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
8. (Decoration) Place whipped cream, roasted black sesame seeds, and mint leaves on top.
