Black Sesame Pudding Recipe | About 15 pieces
(1).Add water to gelatin powder and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
9g Powdered gelatin
30g Water
(2). Put the milk into a pan and ignite over high heat.
After that, add granulated sugar and simmer while stirring.
When it boils, turn off the heat.
500g Milk
100g Granulated sugar
(3). With the heat off, add gelatin soaked with water and dissolve it well.
(4). When the gelatin has melted, add Whipping cream.
100g Whipping Cream (35% milk fat)
(5). Let the paste black sesame cool, mix with the paste black sesame while straining the above ingredients(4), and mix until it cools.
100g Black sesame paste
(6).Put it in a container, cool it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, and when it hardens, add Wolfberry and so on.
When you put it in a container, you can put the sesame seeds evenly by stirring it frequently.

「黒ごまプリン」レシピ  約15個分
(1). 粉ゼラチンに水を入れ5分ほどふやかします。
9g 粉ゼラチン
30g 水
(2). 鍋に牛乳を入れ強火で火にかける。その後グラニュー糖を加え、かき混ぜながら煮込みふつふつしてきたら火を止めます。
500g 牛乳
100g グラニュー糖
(3). 火を止めた状態で水でふやかしたゼラチンを入れしっかり溶かします。
(4). ゼラチンが溶けたら生クリームを入れます。
100g 生クリーム (乳脂肪分35%)
(5). 練りごま(黒)を冷やしておき、上記の材料をこしながら練りごまと合わせ、冷えるまで混ぜます。
100g 純練りごま(黒)
(6). 容器に入れ冷蔵庫で2~3時間冷やし、固まったらクコの実などを添えて完成です。
容器に入れる際は頻繁にかき混ぜながら入れるとごまをまんべんなく入れることができます。
