Since chat spoilered you about Jub Jub i will explain how progress working. I put it under spoiler, so feel free to skip this message if you wanna understand rest yourself! Rememeber white door you enter to get endings? Above this door are torches, there are exactly ten of them. Every time you kill a boss and do some other actions the torch lights up, this is progress. At progress 10 door opens and you get the opportunity to get the ending. To save your waifu (and twinks) you need to kill or enslave Jub Jub before the last torch is lit.

Actually, this is a very tame spoiler comment, since she already met jubjub, your comment is more about mechanics and very helpful instead of a god damn heavy lore comment with extra spoilers about the endings like some people already said in chat previously

Some extra spoilers/tips for people that want some tips on how to be more efficient in saving their Covenants . . . . . . . . . . To add some more tips to this comment for future Tenma (and any other viewer going through BS2 or interested in going through the game), to save your Covenants you have to kill/enslave to JubJub before progress 10 as was mentioned in the comment above. To get to JubJub you need to go through Ox Ward, and to enter Ox Ward you need Edith's ring (which you get by defeating Edith in the Mental Ward), so you need to go through a route where you kill Edith as soon as possible and that also minimizes boss encounters and other progress counters to get to her before she makes everyone go mad. A route I tend to use to get to JubJub ASAP is Rabbit hole (boss/1) -> Lutwidge town -> Mental Ward (kill Edith/2) -> Park of Fog (reaching it counts as progress/3) -> Upper Lutwidge (reaching it counts as progress and also has a boss/5) -> Ox Ward (boss/6) -> Tea Party -> Clock Tower (JubJub!). After you've dealt with JubJub, you're free to do whatever you please without worrying about your Covenants dying from any time limit (whether they die from any other screw ups and/or bad decisions is up to you). Obviously, this route is recommended for an NG+ run since the difficulty spikes can be rather unforgiving on a first time blind playthrough, as seen in previous Tenma streams. Tenma, ironically, was actually REALLY damn close to beating JubJub and saving her Covenants on time without realizing it (she went through an alternate route through Lutdwidge Sewers->Billingsgate Market->Slaughterhouse->Carroll River->Ox Ward) until she eventually listened to chat and went west of Lutwidge; there's no reason at all to head there first if you want to save your Covenants since that area does NOT to get you closer to JubJub at all (there's a reason the boss on the bridge is named the BEAST OF DISTRACTION).

@@juhata9068 Yeah I do the alternate route of the slaughterhouse to river to ox ward, saves points. Though there is a guide that shows how you can get to JubJub in time while doing basically the maximum number of relevant things before that point. It's in Japanese but if you're using Firefox it actually has a really good built-in autotranslate. Plus said guide relies on you having killed JubJub in the past because it wants you to use the Gears of Madness constantly for all the RH events. All that being said, the only covenant that REALLY matters and you want to save purely on a mechanical level, is the Countess because she gives +1 actions.
