i have never seen a tab/cof bonding machine.maybe only in a tv factory. What country do people spend so much time to fix a low quality brand tv..you can find sony, Lg and samsung in the trash and repair them for better results.Amazing work..like a nasa scientist..Cheers

Great video and technical skills to do such a repair definitely cant do this at home with all those technical equipment to connect such fragile parts and the cleaning process seams daunting just a grain of dust will ruin the repair.

Just a friendly comment: stripe, not strap. Straps are used to tie or strap something down (ex. a bundle of wood) or straps used to lift or carry something (ex. the chest had lifting straps on the sides). A stripe is usually thin and is like pinstriping on a car or the stripes of a tiger. This display has has a vertical stripe or band.

I believe I have seen a video by Ornate Pixels where he solders the PCB side of a COF back onto the PCB, using thin solder paste, a heat gun, a steady hand, and the patience of a saint. Can't say for sure if that technique would work on the glass panel side, but if you don't have access to a technician with advanced repair technology then it's probably your best bet

I have a 32" RCA TV it has the same thing but on the left side and they are pretty thin they also over lap on things like the no signal the source and the menu they are always there never flash and r there from turning on to turning off one of them goes away if I pick up the TV on that side and put a little pressure on a certain part of the TV
