The way the story ends so abruptly, raised so much suspicion. I think Misha's reveal was when I first became suspicious, then it spiralled when The Alliance "randomly" shows up, it just felt so disjointed, like a dream.

Something felt strange to me when we only had a 1 phase boss battle and I was trying to figure out how’d an entire fleet of Xianzhou ships get into the Dreamscape. The IPC and the guild being very positive about the whole thing felt off too, and the fact we’re setting off to a new destination with Swan and Boothill was really surprising. The the credits starting playing so I thought “welp that’s that” but then Swan just tells us how everyone died, and I got a sinking feeling in my chest. I didn’t expect we fell into a dream since stir very beginning, super cool quest!

Im really confused so did everything that happened from the start of pencony story to the first Sunday fight a dream or did we fall a sleep during the fight with Sunday and we are just living a recap

Yes as soon as we stepped foot in penacony, we're already in Ena's dream. That's why we can see Misha even though we were supposedly in the "real world". We're not. Misha can only be seen in the dreamscape. Meaning we've been in the dream since the beginning
