Great game! Yesss, more Templars! Totally agree, best SM aesthetic by far. With a few more games you’ll get a better feel for how the buffs stack in righteous crusaders… they can hit absurdly hard. Only problem is figuring out how to get in combat efficiently, but, you have WE experience; you’ll figure it out.

loved the game, can't wait to see more templars on the channel. just a bit of rules lawyering for future games, i think liam played Grimaldus as having all the buffs active at the same time, where i'm 99% sure you need to pick one at the start of the command phase. love you guys, good luck for beach head!

Really enjoyed this game. FNP always feels a bit gross, but there weren't that many templars to start with.

Very good to see Templars (I play these from the 2 edition that far) but Liam you made mistakes with Grimaldus's abilities. These are chosen in the command phase and only one of the three possible by round.

Regarding meltas, I really wish the melta rule gave you extra strength in addition to damage when within half range. For example, a melta gun is S9 d6 damage, Melta 2. It would be great if getting within half range improved your strength by 2 in addition to damage, so S11 which is an important breakpoint
