@@carriemarie9194 u can use the color remover. Just put where u colored ur hair put bag on it and let is sit for 20 mins that was the box said. I let sit on it longer like 40 mins i was keep check on it make sure its okay. If ur hair healthy u can leave it on longer (more rhen 20 mins)but keep check on it. After u have to wash for like 15 mins. Put lots of conditioner on it. They recommend not to dye right a way. I agree with that cuz when i dyed after it got back dark. If u dont mind have a funny color its gonna be a lots of different red shades😏 then just leave it the way it is for like 2 washed then dye it but still dye lighter like u want. Like u wanna be a level 7 then u have to use a level 8 cuz it will come out darker. And there is lots of other experience in videos. Do more research if u still not sure. But to be honest ur own experience will tell u the most. Oh and the stuff its stinky like a bad egg😥 if u need more info and maybe u think i can help just message me or something. My hair is currently black, thick and very long! (old photo up) love how he helped you 😊😀 I'm a trained hairdresser and usually I only dye ny roots (just incase I want to strip my hair) it's much easier to get rid of colour rather than a build up of colours from over the years. If it goes orange/red or what ever... Wait for your hair to settle after its been stripped then put (if you do it at home) a box dye of blonde with ashy tones to counteract the warm tones. Works wonders and you don't end up buying toner after toner to keep it blonde. X

I was pleasantly surprised at this product! I did a split dye of green and black (both semi, black mat have been Demi) the color remover worked better on the black than green!! Helped me get back to blonde 😊

I've used this before and unfortunately have to use it again because the Clairol Nice 'N Easy Dark Brown I just used today turned my hair black (my hair is normally medium brown)! It was actually $19 at CVS here in LA! I should make Clairol pay for it! After applying the Color Oops and waiting 20 minutes, you literally have to rinse your hair for 20 minutes. Don't do it for less time than that. It seems excessive and a waste of water but that's what does the trick.

Hi! Has you hair ever darkened (re-oxidized) after using Color Oops? I used it twice yesterday and it got about your color before you washed and rinsed for 20 minutes with warm/hot water and shampooed 3-5 times and it turned dark again!

After using the Color Oops is imperative to apply a color corrector in order to get rid of the brassy tones. I suggest Ion White Bright Toner in Lavender Moon (Sally Beauty). Apply it after shampooing and DO NOT use conditioner. Let the hair dry and then apply the product 1 + 1 (same amount of product and same amount of 10 volume developer). Let it for 40 minutes and the wash and conditioning as usual. You will obtain a beautiful natural blond tone without the brassines. The toner acts as a neutralizer as well, so will improve the texture and shine of the hair :-)
