I Just purchased skins from Chris and Jared today. Orginally ordered from another company last week. They came and were not the right ones close but did not fit. You have to send pictures of your wheels before you order. I have a 2023 silverado 1500 20" with alloy wheels. Now I have to pay restock charge. Can't wait to get Cand H wheels. I will keep you posted. hopefully I will get part of my money back on 1st deal. All companies should not charge you for their mistake when returning their mistake. These look great a custom fit and you can always remove them if get damages alot cheaper than replace a entire wheel

Facts you can still see the factory Bright Silver. Skin doesn't cover the wheel very well

I was looking into these... rather than painting my rims... but I can't seem to find them in matte black. I asked a seller if they think I could paint the skins and they think no. Any advice from a user? It would be so much faster to paint these rather than doing all the work on my rims

They use to have both a matt black and gloss black. But the matt black didn't sell to well. So they stop making it. Now most people just paint the skins to the color they like.

Do the lug nuts protrude from the holes, or are they recessed. On the wheel skins. And is there a tensioner to tighten them down, very tight so they won't come off if you unfortunately hit a pot hole. Thanks

You should have made them 20 and 1/4 inches so they cover all of the silver.

I hear many people saying they eventually start to rattle then some may come off if the clips wear out.. Is this something I should be concerned about? Also, does brake dust build up in between the skin and the factory rim that will cause pitting and decay? Thanks for the great video.

The older wheel skins (2005 and older )use metal clips which can come off, but the new wheel skins don't use these clips.

I put these in my truck & now I have to replace a tire, how do I go about getting it off? Can I pull out the center cap & pull the skin off over the lug nuts or do I need to take the center cap out & the lug nuts off for removal?

Yes a little, They don't go all the way to the edge because there needs to be room to mount the tires.

I have black wheel skins overtop of white rims just like in this video. It looks very good 90% of the time.. However, from certain angles you can really see the outline of the white rims underneath the black skins which maybe others dont notice, but you always will! Just throwing it out there for anyone also covering up a light coloured wheel with a dark wheel skin.

So I got some covers for my car and I didn't know I was supposed to remove the center logo on the wheel. I thought I'd just snap on the covers and didn't see the instructions until after I already put them on. Is this okay or do I need to remove and reinstall them? Edit: I bought them off eBay for a Toyota Camry. I've driven around town and haven't had any issues yet after installing them earlier this evening but idk if I need to remove and reinstall them to have the center cap on the covers.

Would have liked to see him remove the new cover to see how hard it would be and if any damage would be done by a novice trying it. And it looks like the very outside circumference of the rim doesn't get covered, so something would have to be done to paint that or dress it up. And in the end, its a hub cap. But they do look good.
