**Attention** I put 2 links for that tool I used in the video in the description! Thanks for watching!

I wish I'd seen this earlier. Costco just destroyed my wheel skins today... they are garbage now! Unfortunately the skins rubbed my wheels over time so wheels look terrible! It was a Bad day.

Yea I don’t trust people with my wheels at all. I have had discount tire scratch my f150 wheels so now I watch them

Where do you get the socket tool? (That gray tube you put around the wheel lock) at 0:44

Also the 2 small screw drivers at 2:15

That’s just a regular socket. Harbor freight, auto parts, Lowe’s etc will have sockets. Just have to make sure it’s the size you need for whatever lugs you have.

@@TechBeautyQueenyou can find small flat head screw drivers at any hardware store, they usually come in a big set

Roughly how long do those covers last?! I would like to purchase a set just to protect the original!
@5.0jeffro2 ай бұрын
They can last the life time of the car as long as you don’t damage them by putting on and removing and not hitting anything while driving.

I pushed the hubcap too far in. How do I get it out?
@5.0jeffro12 күн бұрын
I don’t think you can push it in too far. You’re talking about the full hub cap?
@fury.og378 күн бұрын
No just the toyota logo. The dust cover as you mentioned. I somehow pushed it all the way in by mistake. Do I just remove the whole wheel skin, pop it out and put it all back together?
@5.0jeffro8 күн бұрын
@@fury.og37that’s what I would do. Take off the hubcap and see if you can get it out with little screw drivers or try that first without taking it off. It shouldn’t go on too far, that axle cap just clicks in place
