For those who haven’t watched the film yet- spoiler alert. The psychological operations bit was interesting - working to train and control the black widows. I know that governments have experimented with drugs in the past. Also the point was interesting where the audience learns that Natasha and Yelena were taken from their families and raised by a family constructed by the government.
