Yeah. But they make u feel that way to then sell you the cure. You don’t need any of it. It’s really simple. Shampoo and condition it. That’s it. They make it complicated to make money off of you because black ppl are so insecure and obsessed with their hair. It’s an easy scam.

I’m sure there are some ppl who are lying about their hair falling out bc of using Mielle. However, I don’t get the ppl who try to diminish other ppl’s claims by saying Mielle works for me. It’s like so what keep using it. You’re not about to get a lifetime supply for capping. Also, that one chick saying bw are bald head bc they don’t take care of their hair needs to pipe down. A lot of us have sebhorreic dermatitis and confuse it for dryness. Oil makes that specific condition worse. Huge flakes tend to be sebhorreic dermatitis. You end up with inflamed follicles and you lose a lot of hair. You need a shampoo like nizoral to kill off the yeast on your scalp. I think that’s why some people do really well with it, and some people lose a ton of hair

My hair fell out, too. I was over using the rosemary and mint leave in conditioner 😮😢 it has a lot of protein in it And, I have low porosity hair and was using way too much protein. I did an apple cider vinegar rinse to get rid of the protein, deep conditioned (Meille Rosemary and mint), which works great 👍 I did have to go in and cut 2 and a half inches of hair off. Now I read the ingredients!!! There are about 15 different types of protein. Learn what they are. Because Meille is a good brand, I was just using some of them wrong. I actually just bought the low porosity shampoo and conditioner!! I'm still about to grow my hair down my back!! ❤❤❤

I purchased my first product from this line last Saturday ~ the Rosemary Mint Hair Mask. I was totally unaware of this controversy. To be honest, I chose it over my Camille Rose normal purchase, because I had an Ulta coupon. Shame on me. I left it in overnight on Monday, with 2 plastic caps and a towel wrap. After rinsing it out on Tuesday morning, my hair was soft and no obvious excessive shedding. Much to my shock, the first video in my feed that morning was one of this type‼️ Shock and paranoia immediately set in. I immediately made a concoction of essential pure castor and rosemary oils, and applied generously to my scalp, followed my usual Camille Rose products in my hair. Your comment is the first that I have come across, regarding this product in particular. I now look at the jar with a side eye. I do not want to not take heed, over a $10 financial loss. It is my belief that where there is smoke, fire typically follows. There are far too many complaints and visual receipts to blame lack of vitamins or product misuse for all of the reported issues. I think my best option is to continue using Camille Rose and add my own peppermint and rosemary essential oils. I did this in the past and it boded well. Thank you for sharing your experience and thank the Universe for bringing this to my attention. The fact that Big Bother is obviously following my shopping habits is a topic for another day . Love and light. 🌟✨💫

*Thank you so much for this video sis... I found out I was vitamin D deficient too. I have been taking pills. So glad to finally understand why my hair if falling out, especially when I don't use any chemicals, outside of shampoo and conditioner... I'm perplexed that we, as sistah's need to go into the sun. I wonder why. Strange... If your ancestors were part of the transatlantic trade system, you are Hebrew. Proof: Read Deuteronomy 28. We are Yah's/God's actual people. Our genetics are superior. They are attacking us specifically. They are attacking our fertility, because our child making is strongest. So if we have the insecurity of hate for our own hair; which they created through the slave mentality; as well as hating our skin tone; this is a simple way to infiltrate and attack us. They are putting chemicals in our hair products to attack our reproductive system specifically; and our lives... Going deeper: They are flying us to the Caribbean, impregnating us and harvesting the stem cells from those abortions. (No different than the abortions here). Old billionaires are collecting the stem cells and blood and injecting it into themselves. This is to live longer. They found immortality and its through our DNA. This is where the movie "Blink Twice" is really detailing. The main character being Hebrew, isn't an accident. I saw it all myself on a documentary on Patreon. "The Elites Secret Treasure Exposed: Blood Rituals Hidden in Plain Sight." Shattered Paradise channel... The Depopulation program, has always been designed/targeted for us. E.g. Tuskegee experiments; there are so many others; look up the sterilization of many Hebrew women done without permission, and what was given to rectify this foul act. This stuff is documented. It's been here all along. Please research it...The attack has always been against us. Slave owners, and their descendants, are our enemies. Deut. 28 says this... They are directing depopulation programs on us all; but more so, on us. Always have. satan's children hate Yah's/God's children-- Period... Read warning signs on buildings; e.g. banks, etc. They literally say, that the materials used to build this building, cause REPRODUCTIVE HARM. Even CANCER CAUSING materials. We have to read the contents of everything. It's better to make our own everything; e.g. food, hair products, clothes, shoes, feminine products; everything. Poisons chemicals are in everything, intentionally.* Isaiah 3:16-24 KJV *"16 Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:”* *“17 Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.”* ... “24 And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; *and instead of well set hair baldness;* and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.” *You don't realize how ground breaking this video really is sis. Facts about all hair types is that there is never a "one size fit all" type of products! We all have different DNA, biological make ups, our diets, ect.., which makes our bodies respond differently to various foods and products, with regards to the chemical makeups of the hair structures! So, it's important to do research on different products and the reviews. Additionally, sometimes the most simple product can work just great! I use organic rosemary oil , tea tree oil , castor oil and Blue magic coconut grease after but I use a little bit of each oil ! I did use it but it never did that to my hair . 🤷🏽‍♀️ Also drinking enough water and vitamins! Vitamin deficiencies, post menopause and peri menopause can cause our hair to fall out also ! It’s slot of things that can cause our hair to fall out ! Even the weaves and wigs have chemicals on them ! I used this before and had no problem . Aldo every product will not work the same for everyone !

Peace - It 's a shame many Black owned products once sold are never the same and rarely seen again. And products are nit made like they use to and you have to be careful when buying new products. Also sisters need to go back to old fashioned hair care of at least sitting and greasin and massaging your scalp as we used to say - because yes no one does that anymore. Get a good grease that smells good and feeds your scalp properly. Not these sprays and water and leave in conditioners.. Peace

Now don’t trust the verbiage that the Mielle founder is using where she says the ingredients haven’t changed. When you sell a company and there isn’t a formula change that does not mean that the source in which they get those ingredients hasn’t changed. I’m assuming that where they’re getting their ingredients is now cheaper lesser quality and probably from places that have less regulations.

There’s another KZbinr named Mayowa’s World that speaks on this, and there are people that know the founder in the comments speaking on unscrupulous behavior and business practices (one involving school children), and instances of lack of bedside manner involving customers and their reviews online. I also remember when the products came out a lot of people were speaking on how it left a tingling feeling, and then believing that it meant the product was working, but I also feel that initial tingling they raved about could have been their scalps/skin becoming irritated from the products, and eventually causing excessive hair shedding and hair fall over time. I think people can mistake tingling for “it’s working!” When it can be the scalp telling you “I don’t like this at all” some people also said the products were strong and contained essential oils, which can be irritating unless diluted (even though they are supposedly diluted in the formula). It’s a shame so many women may have to start their hair journey over again. This reminds me of the DevaCurl situation all over again

But her bottom line is many … apparently. I can’t be mad at her for wanting to make a bag … But MY stance is I will not buy it or use it. ….. As consumers we see that those 8 huge companies buy everything and charge it. I just wish that if we come up with a business for we keep it for us and not just the creator.

Most of the people complaining about Mielle have relaxed or already damaged hair and don't know how to properly use these products. Mielle has a lot of protein in their products and if you don't know how to use it or if you are not used to using protein-based products you can have protein overload which causes your hair to dry and break. This is a skill issue.... not a product issue

I washed my hair with the pomegranate and rosemary lines and used the pomegranate deep and leave-in conditioners for four or five wash days. That's all it took for my hair to take a turn for the worse. Hair actually falling out of my scalp. Strands upon strands upon strands. And it's itchy as hell for me. It definitely wasn't over use. Women have a relationship with their hair. They can wear weaves and extensions, but that doesn't mean they lack a relationship with their hair. We get into a routine, and we know based on the last product we used or different strategy we adopted, what went wrong. All we have to do is trace our steps and look at the last product. Then we know what it is. I didn't try this Miele product. I had misgivings about it from the beginning, but I did use a different oil from what I'm accustomed to, and my hair literally disintegrated, evaporated, etc. I stopped using that oil (clove oil for hair growth), and now I have to repair all over again. Stick to the old-school stuff. It never fails.

😧😧😧…now this is sad, I heard about this information spreading all on social media, but I didn’t think it was that bad until now. And the funny thing is I almost bought or ordered this product off of Amazon…but thank God I didn’t because tbh…my hair and I been through a lot together for the past 12 years due to shortage & breakage, but now that I took all the time and space away from hair products, chemicals and weave/ extensions just to work out the gray areas of my hair and to repair it, by using natural products & ingredients such as ACV. And so far my hair has finally improved from before and during, but I’m still waiting for the results after. But this is just insane and sad, us women just can catch a break can we 🤦🏽‍♀️ 🤦🏽‍♀️ 🤦🏽‍♀️. But I’ll admit Social Media is at least doing something good by spread this to save younger women and young girls lives ❤.

It's tragic what's going on with our black owned brands giving up and selling. The hair and skin care industry has never focused on the unique needs of the black community! and when these brands sell to companies that have never catered to us... It's heart braking. With that said.. It is their choice to decide to continue being a business owner or wanting to grow and possibly sacrificing the quality and ingredients that work best for our hair. It is "Our" responsibility as consumers, to learn how to read labels, to question ingredients in our products, and to stop use if it doesn't work for "you". I own a hair care company and we will! continue to provide for our community and figure out how to scale without sacrificing.

One, it is no longer her brand(truly) nor she is the determining agent for what actually goes into the ingredients used...the "money" people are. Secondly, opening a bottle for "show" means nothing,we have no idea what was in that bottle 🤔🙄. Just like we don't really know what is in the bottles on the shelf. Think what you want, but think for yourself. Every bandwagon isn't for us.

I used the rosemary mint line - the oil I only used twice because I didn’t like the results - dry and itchy scalp after (though the smell is lovely). The shampoo would leave my hair soft in the shower, however I do notice a lot more breakage since using it… the mask I never cared for, used it a couple times and there it is. I recently bought a second bottle of the shampoo to keep trying it out.. but I will return it. The rest will go in the trash. I have no space for mediocre at best, damaging at worst, products in my bathroom. Going back to professional lines. Paul Mitchell never disappoints (that’s probably what this rich woman and her family use anyway, at a professional salon!)
