I have tons of Mielle products. I’m gonna buy more on the black Friday sale. My hair is not falling out and I’ve used their products for years. I think if you are noticing breakage and you’re not sure what it’s coming from then it makes sense to give the products a break and see if the breakage stops. If your hair is thriving keep using the product

I used the Pomegranate and Honey leave-in and it broke off the crown of my hair and some of the front. I didn't even realize it until I went to the salon and my stylist asked me what happened. I was shocked. I had no idea what happened. When I first started using it, it was fine, but then the past 6 months or so the hair broke off. I've gone to a specialist, I've had my blood tested, and I have a decent diet. The only thing that makes sense is the leave-in. I have a feeling that the stuff is the same, but I think that the quality of the ingredients isn't the same. Some of them say that people's hair and scalp are just sensitive etc, but still. I think after a while, those people who are belittling the people will have the same outcome it is just a matter of time.

I used the shampoo conditioner and curl styler ONCE Hair felt like HAY Dry and brittle All of em went in the TRASH 🗑️ That was waaaaay b4 this controversy Soooo sorry to the ladies who lost hair 😢 That is horrifying

Ik i accidently bought the light oil and it had my scalp on fire instantly, figure it was just the mint. BEen buying the original oil for years never had any issues. I will say now to think of it I remember sometime in 2023 my hair shed so bad in the shower. Clumps,I jokingly told my husband I think I might have cancer.(ik, cancer aint no joke but i was trying to avoid frightening myself )Didn't think it could of been mielle. Crazy

This is awful when you try to support your black own business this is the thanks that you get what a horrific experience. Sorry to hear and see this. I use to use the Rosemary line before I got my sisterlocks but so glad that the Lord gave me a sign that it wasn't right .now I use the Tea tree system by Paul Mitchell l haven't had anything but success and I love this product. Sorry that I had to ditch our black business but it's a shame on how many people are going to come forward with the same situation and they can't get compensated due to the fact that the backdooring that has already been done is done .We as a race has to wake up and stop supporting ignorance. They only care about there pockets and lifestyle not you or your well-being. God bless each and everyone of you .

My hair was dakling, but its from stress. I had rhis dry scalp too. I was advised to use head and shoulders qnd wash more often. To heal the scalp. Then to use flax seed oil with avocado oil.

Sometimes it takes people a long time to figure it out. They initially think it's something else like stress or health issues like anemia. Not everyone is good at deductive reasoning. It takes time to connect the dots and identify the cause. Sadly, by that time it's too late. The damage is already done. It's a lesson learned. 😮‍💨

My hair fall out because of the rosemary shampoo and conditioner. I didn’t even know what was making my hair fall out. I until seeing people’s hair fall out due to this product. I bought the shampoo conditioner in February 2024. By March I was seeing major hair loss. I went to the dermatologist. I cut my hair off. Washed my hair before putting braids in with the same shampoo conditioner not know what the cause of my hair loss was until about 2 weeks ago. I still had the bottle of shampoo and conditioner in my shower. My hair fell out so bad because of this product.

I big chopped a year ago so I’ve been rotating products and when i used Miele mint wash and conditioner one section of my hair in the front was a TOTALLY different texture and what I thought to be shedding was unusually excessive. I threw all of it in the trash. They dismissed with prejudice so they can’t sue them again. smh

Na i would have been crying. There is nothing i hate more than someone messing up my hair which i have experienced few times. I rather destroy my hair through trial and error than pay someone to.

I should have known! There was TOO much hype around this product. People were mad b/c even the Wyt sisters were supposedly using up "OUR" oil. That was just hype to get us to flock to it. Sadly, I fell for it and now I'm paying the consequences. That's going to ruin it for others. Going back to basics...

This is a terrible predicament, has anyone done a deep dive into the ingredients? Perhaps testing a product the oil maybe to see if there is a particular reason this is happening. Just some scientific evidence to back this up..
