I was intending to post a completely different video today. However I went to Chanel and saw all the new beautiful bags and I couldn’t resist.
I saw the new purple, grey and white bags. They are just stunning. The ready to wear is not in the stores yet, I will check it out next week and record a new video for you.
At the end of the video I am unboxing my new Chanel bag, that I promised to reveal. I am also comparing it with the latest version.

I really like how the purple is reflected on the smooth lambskin, it works really well with the type of shine that lamb skin has. Also it looks like a cooler tone purple with silver hardware. As for small flap, the iridescence of caviar reflect the purple differently. I feel the shine on the caviar is more like a glittery shine. It’s really hard to capture the true purple on camera. Gold hardware gives off warmth to the color under some lightings.Ive been trying hard to convince myself that these 2 purples are actually the same shade somehow I’d feel better if they are same, just showing up a bit differently on leathers. Otherwise I might want to get the mini too! Although, I do prefer the size ofSmall flaps and how they can be worn different ways. It feels more substantial as a bag. Mini is fun and cute, but with the size and it’s long strap the only way I like to wear it is crossbody. Sorry about the long comments. Just happened to have a lot of thoughts about purple bags I went through a lot of consideration before I get the small purple( though I didn’t know the existence of the mini!) I was also debating if I should get the 20C purple, ended up getting a card holder in 20c only. 20C purple is very unique but 20ss looks brighter and happier. If I have budget I’d get 20C mini and 20ss small! Though just looking at colors my fav would be the 20ss mini lol! Hope this helps

There are 5 different ways of how we can actually wear the bag. While I think there are only 2 ways of how I can wear the mini.. that’s why I haven’t pulled the trigger yet.. I think white is better for years i was looking for it for 10 years. Red is one of my favorite colors but they always have it. I was lucky to buy the white one this summer in champagne hardware. I also have the red but in lamb skin from 2017 i wanted a caviar so bad but now i do not think caviars are as good as the bags manufacture in the previous seasons.

I found out they have a purple chevron mini in lamb after I bought the purple small flap. From pictures the purple looks better on lamb cuz it looks brighter and the shade seems to be lighter too? I haven’t seen the purple lamb in person. Do you think they are same shade of purple but just showing up differently on different leathers?

Love love love this white bag. I hope it stays white you’ll have to give us an update. But bag spas can fix any yellowing I’m sure! The price would be crazy too. I’m guessing 8-9k SGD? The problem with Hermes is they rely too much on 2 items. They need to be more like chanel and just pump out irresistible bags instead of forcing people to buy things nobody wants just for the birkin! Love love chanel

Black and Gold Style it’s silly the way they do business. I fully understand wanting to keep the brand as high up as possible, but there aren’t many people who, even if they could afford it, would throw money away on items they don’t fall in love with just to get the chance to buy a bag that they don’t even particularly like!! It’s a gamble, and not many of us experience any joy with that. Chanel needs to work on quality though. Hermès’ work is ironclad, while Chanel is faltering with the mass production of their goods :,(

Black and Gold Style it’s made me genuinely sad. I know it’s just material goods, but I buy when an item calls to me and I form a bond, as stupid as that sounds. I’ve wanted to find the right piece to pass down to my baby girl, and they just don’t feel like they’d hold up long enough for that to happen!!! Fast fashion has taken something so precious, and turned it into something it was never meant to be. I hope they either improve, or lower the cost because they cannot justify increasing it any further then sending off the bags to be made by the millions in an impoverished country where they don’t pay their workers.
