In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from Rogue Ales (@RogueAlesAndSpirits), and it's their Blackberry Honey Kölsch. This is a German-style Kölsch that is brewed with wildflower honey and blackberries. I had their Honey Kölsch a few years ago -- and really enjoyed it -- so I feel like the addition of blackberries could make it even better. Let's see how it is!
Commercial Description:
Discover the untamed spirit of Oregon with our Blackberry Honey Kolsch. This Kolsch-style ale is a vibrant fusion of local wildflower honey and Oregon's finest blackberries, creating a symphony of subtle floral and fruity notes that perfectly balance with hops and malts. Like a Pacific Northwest summer, it's bright, slightly sweet and all too fleeting. Taste the adventure of Oregon in every sip.
