[P3D] Swiss B777 Engine Failure and Diversion to Iqaluit

This video was taken from one if my Twitch Livestreams. I know that the Engine Failure Procedure was not according to Airline Procedures, however using the EICAS Checklist was more entertaining in the Stream.
Tips and Instructions are only to be used for the Flight Simulator on your PC! It should go without saying that I am only flying a PC Simulator, not a real aircraft. My videos therefore are not intended as professional instruction! And my videos do not show SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) of any distinct airline.

Awesome video and always nice to see my home Airline, just a little thing: callsign isn't swissair but just swiss. Swissair is the call sign of the airline which went bankrupt in 2002 and was then "replaced" by Swiss international airline a subsidiary of Lufthansa.

Mayday with 1 ENG out? I thought with just 1 ENG fail the pilots would say "PAN PAN PAN"? But anyway - very interesting video! :)

+David Moment ... whenever you only have one vital system remaining (engine, hydraulic, electric) it is a mayday call. So in a 747 you would not declare emergency. Regards

Do you have to manually set the thrust to MCT? Can you just switch on the CLB CON on the MCP?

+Twofaced Disk ... Prepar3d from Lockheed Martin has that feature built in. Regards
