Hey fellow Canuk! Just a little tip. If you ever need to take off your light brackets or bumpers you can spruce them up by painting them on all sides with Raptor pickup truck box liner. You can get it in black or with tinting to match your paint. This stuff is very tough & should keep those parts you painted from rusting for a long time. Make sure to get the spray gun cause it can deal with this thick stuff & it's only $40 more. The less air pressure you use between the thicker it sprays on.Later if you're up to it you can paint your Jeep with this stuff & make it darn near bullet proof. I noticed a lot of American Jeepers are doing this once their Jeeps paint gets worn out. By the way, how's those side steps/running boards?

I went to Lowe's bought a vinyl seal gasket for your doors in your house. There is a groove in the bottom of the light bar where I double sided taped it. 100% eliminated 100% of the noise and it cost w/tax $4.64. SO many people are getting scammed with all of these products. This door trim deflects the wind coming off the windshield, end of story. Just loosen the lightbar turn it over insert trim.......DONE

I really enjoyed this video. You're right. I hadn't thought about little rocks and stuff hitting the lights. They too need to be protected. My goodness that whistle was terrible. It's great this fixed it and the light still gets through. I'm so glad you have a blue theme going. Ha, my favorite color. Hopefully I'll make a jeep video update soon. Hopefully.

Ha, I don't even have a light bar. Not sure if light bars are my thing but they look nice on other jeeps. If I got one I'd get blue as that's my fave. Green is my second fave. It's just I tend to give my art purple or pink backgrounds to make all the blue stand out more.

Besides the whistling, do you get any wind drag noise from perhaps the brackets? I’ve installed the door trim; which, fixed mine but I now get a wind drag noise from somewhere. I’m guessing it could be my brackets not for sure. Great video, thanks for all the tips!

@BlackedOut.....You should think about sandblasting those brackets and either re-painting them or rhinolining them. They rust out so fast. Mine didn't even last a year before I took them off because of the rust. Now I just run windshield pods, hood light and front bumper light.

By the looks of it on your video, it looks like they're starting to go again. Mostly up top where the bracket starts sloping forward to the lightbar mounting slits. Maybe the video is throwing it off but looks like it's starting to happen again. They also look a little faded compared to your oem paint. Maybe it's the flat black against the gloss that's throwing me off. I hope you're also planning a re-gear in the future too. Those 37's are just drinking your fuel mileage. The ProCal can only do so much. Good looking rig though. Cheers!!

100% not necessary. Just mount a spoiler from bottom front edge to windshield and it stops completely. Spoiler can be aluminum or sheet metal but made mine from plastic.

Ismael Carrillo it’s open from the sides and at the back. The back doesn’t close in and leaves a few inches open. Sure you can pass on it. Your life your option.
